After a month of back and forth with LKM and my Oncologist office they still can't find a prescription for me from my doctor. My doctor's office has sent over multiple faxes with the information and prescription and still do not have the correct paperwork. After multiple calls and promises to call back (which never happened) I still don't have my compression sleeve. Good customer service would have contacted my doctor for me after multiple tries to get them what they need on my own. Now the year is over, and my deductible will start anew tomorrow I will have to just go buy one on Amazon and rather than pay them 70.00 I will pay 20.00.

I feel relief to finally have a place to get my compression socks. Feeling frustrated with items that don't fit right and spending a small fortune I started researching on line for medical supplies and stumbled up LKM. I was fitted properly and then placed my order for what I needed. They might not have size and compression in stock but, can order for you. Lucky for me they at least had one pair for me to buy today. I felt like I finally found a place I can trust and that cared about me and my needs. Thank you!
