From the very beginning I was highly impressed with LLL Reptiles, as a new reptile mom this was definitely the place to go. Jake and all other staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I walked in at first not knowing anything about reptiles and ended up purchasing my first bearded dragon from here. Throughout the process Jake was very patient and let me take my time when making decisions when it came to our new pet. He was extremely accommodating and when I left I felt very confident in my purchase. I will 100% be back and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in buying a reptile. LLLReptile Chandler & Phoenix are hands down my 2 favorite reptile stores in the valley. During spring break of this year, my daughter said she wanted a pet snake and I told her absolutely not. And now it’s only a few months later and I own two. I did not make the decision to purchase my hog noses without a lot of questions and with being able to handle them at both locations without any issue. They made me feel comfortable with my decision to own snakes & now my snakes are one of my favorite hobbies. They’ve always been so kind to my eight year-old daughter who wants to one day work at the Chandler store ha ha. I don’t think they understand the impact they have on the community because now kids in daughter’s class are no longer afraid of snakes in the way that they used to be. It’s pretty cool to see. Thanks for always taking the time for your customers. —- I highly recommend them.

If you need supplies maybe go here but the pricing on the tags isnt the same when it rings up. Its actually more. Also, buying animals from here is a No go for me ever again. We cone in often looking for something new to add to our zoo but never actually picked up anything until recently. We purchased a lozard and dropped about $500 on him with accessories that were all wrong by the way for his environment. When I got home to put him in his cage he was having a hard time breathing and had bubbles out of his nose so i took him back to see why he is sick. They admitted to me they sold me a sick lizard with RI but didnt mention it at all when i put reserved him the say before pick up or at pick up. They blamed it on how he was shipped. He is still sick and we are taking him to the vet. They fed him a diet he shouldnt even be having either. DO NOT TRUST their "knowledge" on reptiles like I did or you will regret it. Just get crickets and nothing else from them. They only offer a credit if something happens even though they admitted to knowing they sold us a sick animal. Unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Update: No we were not offered a full refund it was an in store credit. We also know he was fed the mustard greens and baby choy because we brought that in with him and made sure it was what he was being fed since your team stated he was fed mostly crickets at whatever warehouse he came from. Your team also confirmed it was RI and gave him the fog or whatever treatment when we dropped him off for that treatment. He had yellow bubbles out of his nose not the white crust as you mentioned. It was clearly yellow the day we brought him back same day we purchased him. Youll see in other reviews Im not the only one that noticed bad care of the reptiles. Your team even confirmed with us that he was shipped to you incorrectly which can cause the RI issue we are seeing. Confirmed that the ice packs weren't where they should have been causing this. Im not going to "rethink what ive written here" as I know what I was told on the phone and in person. The vet will confirm since we do not trust your "knowledge" after not being told about the sickness in the first place picking him up. You clearly knew something was wrong and admitted it with the ice pack and shipment comments.

They have a lot of enclosures and decor, but seemed to have a lack of reptiles for sale. A lot of cages were unmarked so I don't know if they didn't have animals or just didn't label what the animal was. I prefer other reptile shops for purchasing animals for sure!

They have been just the best store since we got into reptiles we got our first snake here and have just kept going. Whenever we need help Nick, Jake, and Spencer have always helped with info and the one snake who got sick. He is doing better too!
We are planning to get another soon from here.
Idk about any other LLL reptiles or reptile stores but this is our go to place! For prices and help.

They are very helpful and friendly. They have gorgeous snakes, lizards, frogs, turtles, and more. My daughter has gotten several tarantulas here.
