If I could add zero I will do it, I requested my reimbursement of 741 dollars since December 20th, 2024, and I haven't received anything, we are going on the 6th week since I requested, and the only thing that Logix Health is telling me is pending and wait more days, when they first told me reimbursement only take 3 weeks, I am very disappointment because they don't give a confirmation number or something to back up the reimbursement, especially because they received a payment from me and then from my travel insurance company. Especially if you don't pay in the time they want, they send you to collection, but they are taking to long to return the money. And I requested to talk to a manager but they didn't want to transfer me, only saying they will follow up.

They keep billing us for an emergency room visit that was already paid by our insurance company. It has been over a year of this going on, so now they are threatening collections. It has to be insurance fraud to try to get double paid for something.

This maybe a scam attempt from this office. I am not even a Massachusetts resident and did not use any service related to this company. I am a retired US Army veteran and have multiplie insurance coverages. I called and asked and they hung up on me. Beware and ask questions. If it's a scan report this to the FTC. They sent me a bill for $675.00 with no explanation of what services were rendered. DJ Red Alert!

Awful experience disputing a bill with this company for 3+ years. Complained about them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I recommend doing the same if you have a problem with them.

Do not use this company, they are inept and in my opinion, will try to bill you twice for the same service. I have been trying to clear up my billing error that they made since Septermber, 2021. Nobody there seems to have a clue what they are doing. I have a business and I would never use them.

They have balanced billed me in error when my insurance paid in full per the remit and they won’t back down. This is illegal!!!
