Today was a journey I had to complete with this company with being fitted for a back brace . I am three weeks post op from having my fourth back surgery, I talk and walk with some discomfort, and I am pleased to say this company was very patient with me . While even in the hospital this company called me about receiving my medical supplies ,to ensure it wouldn’t be any wait . Before I was waited on , the office was disinfected before I entered , I was greeted by everyone by my name , I was counseled about the product I received , and I have a great understanding on how to wear my back base . My overall experience was great , the place was clean and staff was very help especially when it came to directions entering the facility and parking. I will also be reaching out to my insurance company letting them know the service I received before and after was awesome.

Manager made me wait weeks upon weeks for a response. After being told, no, the very next company I called approved to be right there on the phone. I don’t know what the manager did or did not do, but she was not helpful or polite to me whatsoever. And then to be approved over the phone by the very next company? I was trying to give business to a family owned company, but that did not work. I now have my scooter appointment, no thanks to logos.

Excellent service and staff. Family owned. John the owner is a physical therapist.i am a home health care occupational therapist.i would choose them over anyone else in the area.they came to my outpatient physical therapy appointment to teach me and my physical therapist how to use the knee scooter

The Manager of the Company is RUDE, IGNORANT, IMPATIENT, SELFISH, INCONSIDERATE and UNHAPPY. She’s very UNPROFESSIONAL as well. I will never recommend anyone to get anything from them. She needs to be FIRED. She is such an angry disrespectful person. So sad that she takes her life troubles out on her customers. So sad.

This isn’t even a store I drove to the location and it’s only a a school , a good will store , oak st health building and a to z food meal prep for Adults there’s no place called this or a medical supply building
