Lone wolf medical has been so easy to work with at every step of the way. We reached out with interest in a specific product and within 2 weeks we had the machine ordered and on its way to us. DJ and Greg have been so quick to respond to all our questions and have given us the guidance needed to be successful with this new machine. Let me start off by saying I am the WORST type of client! I am anxious about purchasing, require immense ammounts of handholding, I price shop, back out of deals last minute, have little knowledge about available technology and I don't have a large budget. Despite all my faults, DJ was WONDERFUL! He helped me even after I backed out of buying my first laser from Lone Wolf.
When I reached back out after going with another device, he still didn't hesitate to find me a PHENOMENAL deal on another hard to find laser. He was willing to work with my budget and didn't charge an exorbitant amount for shipping like some places seem to.
Great communication, even on vacation and weekends.
If he couldn't get me what I needed, he found someone who could.

Had a really poor experience with DJ purchasing a laser hair removal machine and he has not been willing to resolve the issue. The machine I bought from DJ had a bad rod-which is essentially like the heart of the machine which in turn caused a problem with the fiber as well. The lowest cost that I could find on these two items was $5,500, plus $1,000 for the install. Coincidentally, the power supply went bad on the machine was another $4,000 (Again, the lowest possibly price I could find) before I could even use the machine. I am unexpectedly out of pocket an additional $12,000 before I have been able to even use this machine. I did think it would be fair for DJ to cover the cost of these parts, however my only request of his was to pay for the cost of the rod which was defective when I purchased for $4,000. Short story is he declined.

Moral of the story is be very careful, these machines are very difficult and expensive to service, on top of that they can be quite temperamental. Once Lone Wold Medical has your money, you are on your own-I might recommend buying from a different used equipment company who is going to stand behind what they are selling.
