No means no. Stop forcing your services on me with improper accounts and special interests including Greg/other guy who hid his name badge involving law enforcement by which to fabricate that I was aggressive and incapacitated - sick lies to fill a quota by people with sick interests in making other people stoop to their incompetency. I hold to no meaning no and at a sacrifice of many opportunities in my life for which could bring riches I have always prioritized health. In ‘Long Beach Mental Health’/‘Star View Group’/Dr. Cho/Dr. Ko repeatedly telling me that I have rights, then contacting me and others (like sick vultures) without my consent and fabricating that I am not safe when you don’t know me and make things up (whilst not allowing me to exercise my rights by not allowing me to fully understand agreements via not showing me them and your shady and unethical practices (business and health) is an atrocity for which I have no capacity to retaliate (nor believe is necessary when I can just leave pursuant to my God/U.S. Citizen rights) as I believe God is the judge. Turning family and cultural competency on its back and raping it of its rights is not the answer either. In my case I am writing this review to uphold my protections when your system is so bad by which to so obviously strip them with no remorse (I have a pulse for this and it sucks to be turned away from fields like this for how perceptive and honest I am when I know how valuable I am to healthy systems and how vulnerable I am to falling into cracks like I almost did with your services and baseless referrals).

If anyone is reading this with access to my “file” (for which there are clear games played to even get a proper email or fax number), please remove them and get out of my life and stop contacting people on my behalf without my consent or context when you have poor services that illicit bad actors (in the security sense bad actors means awful, debilitating influencers).

There is a clear pattern in soliciting well to-do people for public services for which I have seen and been unknowingly roped into where I have had true healing from God and an ability to see through this. I do not believe in mood/mind altering pharmaceutical dog fights / being a guinea pig and losing my mind. I want to use a curse word, but for the fact that that could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back to your literacy of reading my feedback, since your team is utterly incompetent and stuck on semantics over emotions, I will not curse you and I feel peace expressing the truth (the whole point of therapy, right?). I’m too intelligent to be a little experiment here for Dr. Gorsky or the team willfully propping up this bad operation. I realize I may be targeted from leaving this feedback. Even the Bible says to not keep records of wrongs. I am thankful to absolve myself of your wrong doings while realizing that this is my experience, not the one for everyone so on a technicality, I hope this feedback can make some rights happen for those so manipulated or dependent for which they cannot get out. Please find it in what is left of your heart to focus on the real problems. I’m not the one.

I hate this place. They’re so controlling and ignorant. They don’t know things yet talk to you like you’re the one who doesn’t know things. They are very quick to dismiss any current mental health treatments, and want to change everything about your current treatment including meds.

The therapist (Sandy) I had either had a habbit of canceling our scheduled sessions or she wouldn't cancel and not show up on zoom for our scheduled sessions. It was a joke! Then she chose to never show up for a session ever again without any explanation or anything. This was 4 months ago...I still don't know what happened. There's so many other negative things I can tell u about my experience with them but I'll leave it where it's at.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. My therapist his name is You ski and he was very rude to me and unconcern about my mental health. He didn’t contact me for a whole month to set up new appointments. I was neglected. I wanted to change therapist and his supervisor did nothing about that . There are plenty of therapist here but I was denied getting a new one. You ski mocked me and laughed at me as well as made fun of me and said I’m upset because of my disorder . He is cruel and a sick person.
And no one at this place is concerned at all about my mental health at all. This is by far the worst mental health place I’ve been to. Please Do Not go here . Trust me!

NEGATIVE RATING BEYOND 1 STAR! Don’t waste your time if you need a good therapist. They do not provide mature and competent therapists, in fact, the inexperienced young immature therapist, Erica should be avoided. She told me it wasn’t her job to help me for what I was there for! Her assessment along with her supervisor cannot be trusted. I had 2 sessions and quit. Look for another organization with more experienced and mature professional people to listen to you and advise you. Be more selective if you care about yourself and others. Don’t waste your time with them. I’ve never experienced such detrimental people and you shouldn’t either!

I had a poor experience with this clinic. I left feeling defeated and confused after speaking with their staff on the phone. I can not speak on the quality of services they provide, however, I can say that the person I spoke with was not helpful and was being extremely defensive and even laughed at me as I was asking questions. This place is the mental health provider equivalent of the California DMV, it seems that they are on edge and defense from the jump. Mental health services are very difficult to even want to pursue in the first place and are very confusing in general. I wish that this organization understood that and took that into consideration when speaking to people in poor health. Caring, kindness, and compassion is crucial to people in need asking for help. I hope that my experience does not reflect your experience here or the quality of service provided.

This clinic does not respect your privacy or your rights. I have been threatened by a social worker and office manager when I reminded them that they were violating patients rights under State and Federal Law.
I am a former Registered Nurse prior to becoming disabled so I am well versed in patients rights and the process for documenting or reporting violations.

The security personnel have attitudes and do not honor people's disability rights including their right to use an assistance device. I have reported this to the Director and my doctor. My doctor has actually reminded the security that they are in violation but the director of the clinic does not care as long as he receives the stare and federal funding.

The Social workers/therapists are a joke. They do not honor your rights at all. When I first started here one social worker threatened me. When I reported it I was told I was a liar just because I have depression nothing else. They treat people liar they are dirt because they have depression or a mental illness of some kind.

If I could give it less than a 1 I would. My dr wanted to see.me every month but the office worker decided she didn't like that so my dr caved to her instead of what was best for me. She even made appts w a therapist without my consent which violates patients rights. In stopped going here because of how badly they treat the patients. It wasn't just me they treated others even worse. Most pts do not know their rights but I do!!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ADDED STRESS, ETC.
