Says open on Saturdays and its closed. The phone rings and just puts you on hold. Have my grandpa here in the car to see him and there is no one here.

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with Dr. Suarez, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, my encounter with this physician left me thoroughly dissatisfied and disheartened.

One of the most glaring issues was Dr. Suarez's horrendous bedside manner. His demeanor was exceptionally rude, lacking the empathy and understanding one would expect from a medical professional. Instead of fostering a comfortable environment, he made condescending comments while I attempted to provide my social history, leaving me feeling belittled and dismissed.

Adding insult to injury, during my visit, I found myself seated on the examination table. To my surprise, Dr. Suarez abruptly demanded that I vacate the seat so he could occupy it himself. This display of arrogance further exemplified his lack of consideration and respect for his patients.

In all honesty, I strongly advise against scheduling an appointment with Dr. Suarez, even if you find yourself in a desperate situation. From my perspective, he proved to be a waste of time, a sorry excuse for a doctor, and a disgrace to the medical profession. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior from someone entrusted with providing healthcare and support to those in need.

I sincerely hope that Dr. Suarez recognizes the importance of improving his demeanor and treating patients with the respect they deserve. In the meantime, I urge prospective patients to explore other options and find a physician who embodies the compassion and professionalism necessary for quality healthcare.

Based on a whole doctors are great and tend to be pretty comprehensive. I used to see P.A Thuret until he left now I see NP Fitzsimmons who likes to cover all his bases and sees you in a timely manner.

Customer service however can be rough. I was on the phone with my insurance and doctors offices getting calls back to confirm then finally they narrowed it down and said to make an appointment with my general doctor. By this time it was 4:50pm and I called Dr Suraez office only to be put on hold for 3 minutes till it transfered to a full voicemail box. I called back and was asked if I could be put on hold once more I said sure, I was then hung up on. I called back again at 4:56 and was left to ring to the full voicemail box again. After just trying to set an appointment after being on the phone all day this had to have been the most rude way to treat a patient who was dealing with insurance for a doctor's appointment all day. Very dissappinted.

civil enough, though occasionally testy. knows a lot but doesn't treat. i go to doctors for conditions or medical episodes i can't otc/home remedy at home. have never gotten any treatment, even lab work. useless to me.

The staff is the worst. Their El Centro location will tell you one thing then Brawley location will tell you something else. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I tried for weeks to see Dr. Suarez and was not able to all because of his staff.
