Extremely rude people working here. I never met anyone more rude before in my life time. I think we deserve much better service than this. Please do not treat American citizen like criminal. I wish i could give them less than one star honestly. I really hope they can get rid of some rude people there.

Every time I go into this office it is a bad experience. It starts with the security guards. Just yesterday, I was in there with my 12 yo daughter and the guard asked me “who has the case?” Confused, I replied, “I’m sorry what?” He said, “who’s has the case?” Um, why does that matter? He was trying to determine who to give the number to?! I’m the adult, obviously my 12 yo was not going to be handling any government business. So, I raised my hand and he gave me the number. Like, really? Even if the case was for my 12 yo, IM THE ADULT!! This is the mentality when you first walk in. I get up to the window and the gentleman helping me was completely rude and short. There was a problem with my case, and after 3.5 hours of being on hold with the customer service line, the system told me to go to the office. The gentleman read the notes in my case and was very rude, mentioning the problem was with an old document I submitted (that was already accepted) in January to open my case. He told me I didn’t turn in documents which wasn’t true and that the dept had spoke to me on May 20, which wasn’t true. I tried to show him my call log for that day and he was very rude. He said all he could do was read the notes on my case and tell me what he sees. He said he couldn’t help me and I had to call the customer service line. Then he goes, NEXT! what a horrible experience. These people there are bitter and angry. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB, GET A NEW ONE!!!!

Was afraid to go in due to all of these reviews but had to anyway. Got lucky and talked to the nice service lady who worked here. The other service worker that was in earshot of me (I'm pretty sure the one everyone's talking about in these reviews) was yelling and being rude against another person trying to get their benefits. Everyone could hear him yell and the customer dealing with him was very timid and tired. Good luck to everyone who gets picked by him; sad that this worker exists here.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I was very hesitant about coming here because of all the bad reviews, and just as everyone said, I got Alex Cisneros! He has the worst customer service ever didn't even want to give us his name and didn't wanna call his supervisor. People come here for help out of desperation, and he treats them rude, and with disrespect, the county really needs to fire him because he's clearly not happy with his job or here to help people!

This place is the worst place you can come and get help if you need it. customer service representative ALEXANDER CISNERO !!!!! was very rude and expects you to know everything. I will be calling his supervisor and I welcome everyone to do so if he has been rude or treated you in a poor way.

We had the worst experience in this place. One of the rudest customer service that we have met in our life. His name is Alex Cisneros (Customer Representative), hes very rude, sarcastic and bully. Hes a Karen. So rude and raises his voice like so everybody in the room can hear it. No patience at all. We went to this place just to get clarification and he went all the way to telling us to call SS and our pension company to drop our pension like what in the world. Imagine having a customer representative at county treating people like this. He should not be there at his job. And when I ask for his name because I would like to complain about his attitude he was like “Alex and im the only Alex here”. Then he gave me a paper so I can write my complaints and it was in Spanish and we dont even speak Spanish at all. After that I asked if we could speak with his supervisor and said the supervisor is on break then I told him we will wait. Within a minute or two there was a lady that went to us (one of the supervisor there, not Alex’s supervisor according to her) then and she gave us the paper on how to properly make a formal complaint. Shes the one that gave me Alex full name since nobody was trying to help us on that (hopefully she gave me the right name and not covering him up) And also we saw Alex laughing at us while the lady was on the way to talk to us. What an awful experience. Very discriminating.

Most of the workers there need retraining in customer service. No one deserves to be belittled or spoken to like trash. From the security guard to the customer service employees. While I understand there are rude customers, theres a sign in the office that states everyone will be treated with dignity and respect, and there is a whole lack there of.

Rude workers. He told me I had to go to the Chatsworth office to get my work done. I learned from IHSS that he could have done the work. Lazy employees collecting Taxpayer money. Give the Govt/Bureaucrats a bad name. Why don't they fire these do nothings.
