I had the most amazing visit with Dr. Rilling! He was friendly, thoughtful, and fixed my problem within the hour. Rosa at the front desk was so nice and made me feel right at home. I was even able to make myself a cup of coffee while waiting 🙂 highly recommend this place to anyone! (And look how cute the decor is haha)

Beyond pleased with the care that I received! From the first conversation I had on the phone booking my appointment, I knew I was making the right decision in seeking care at Los Feliz Foot and Ankle. I saw Dr Dustin Rilling and he was just remarkable. He did a quick procedure that alleviated a very uncomfortable ingrown toenail. He answered all my questions, had me be at ease, and set me up with a wonderful care package that saved me a trip to CVS where I no doubt would have been wandering around lost trying to find all the stuff to change the dressing and care for my foot over the next two weeks. The staff is incredible and caring and I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

Dr Rilling was wonderful! He came highly recommended from two different friends who have seen him, and he exceeded my expectations. I came in with a painful ingrown toenail, and he did a quick procedure to remove it. The procedure was painless and he was super gentle, friendly and communicative. I only wish I had gone in sooner, rather than suffer for the last few days. I will definitely be back for any future needs!

I had an amazing experience at Los Feliz Foot and Ankle with Dr. Dustin Rilling! The first time I came in, I got a perfect pedicure, but I had an ingrown toenail that needed to be removed. After talking it over, we decided to do a matricectomy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

The procedure was quick, smooth, and painless, and my toe is healing perfectly. Dr. Rilling was super attentive, detail-oriented, and professional—he made sure everything was done right. Thanks to him, I’ll never have to deal with that painful ingrown toenail again, and he saved me a ton of money in the long run.

If you need a top-notch podiatrist, Dr. Rilling is the one to go to! He truly cares about his patients and does incredible work. Highly recommend!

I'm delighted to be the 60th review here for the fantastic Dr. Rilling! This guy is so friendly and easy to work with, and front desk staff were very communicative by text--it's not just a bot doing the communication over there, it's nice people! Dr. Rilling is super knowledgeable and had a major impact on issues I was experiencing at the foot, knees, hip, and lower back due to uncorrected flat feet and one leg being a full cm shorter than the other. A month later and I am pretty much pain free. He was very thorough in explanations, patient, and just cool. Definitely going back should the need arise.

Where do I start? They were very welcoming in a warm and genuine way. They greeted me with a smile and were accommodating with my my needs. They are thoughtful, and I felt relaxed there. I drove almost 60 miles for the deluxe medi pedi, and it was worth it every penny. Vanessa is amazing, and I am going to return again and bring my wife since Vanessa is so focused on the details. My feet are so soft and feel like new.
This place is top-notch. Very clean and explained the process every step of the way. I felt valued.

I went in for heel pain and have had a really good experience. It's a lovely place and I learned a lot about how the foot works, and received treatment for the heel that has alleviated almost all the pain and I can finally exercise again. It's very clean and professional. Dr. Riling is very knowledgeable and kind. There was no miscommunication. Your team failed to properly communicate the cancellation fee or respond in a timely or respectful manner when I reached out. I should not have to chase down clarity or accountability.

The moment this was taken to public platforms is the moment you chose to prioritize protecting the business image over resolving the issue with integrity. That choice was made by your office; not by me.

I will not be reaching out via email. Clear communication should have been extended from the beginning. I’m addressing this publicly because that’s where your response began. You’re welcome to reflect on how this could have been handled differently. Until then, I will continue to speak honestly about my experience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this office. I found out a week after my appointment that I had been charged a $50 cancellation fee; something that was never communicated to me at the time of booking, at the front desk, or during my visit.

Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the office for clarification, but no one has returned my calls. Instead, I’ve only received vague and automated text messages; no direct communication or accountability.

Today, I finally received a response, not via phone as I’d been requesting, but through a public platform. The tone was ill-mannered and dismissive, more focused on optics than resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to be charged without proper notice and then ignored when trying to understand why.

This is not how you treat patients. The lack of transparency and professionalism has been extremely disappointing.
