My Health On line and customer service poor communication with staff and doctors. I received a call to schedule a consultation before renewing my prescription. My doctors visit was 10 minutes I don’t think she new why I was there. She looked over my history and renewed my prescription and stated to schedule a physical. The consultation took five months to schedule and cost $339.74 and another three months to schedule my physical. I would have rated a one star, yet I take responsibility for not asking more questions and taking more responsibility for my care and health. I tried to dispute the charge and while speaking with customer service she stated talking anout her and her children’s great health as I tried to explain my concerns I think I was placed on mute. I’ve been with PAMF for almost ten years and finally learned you got to be an advocate for yourself especially if you’re a women……. my husband requested a prescription renewal and his doctor on a month vacation, yet his prescription renewed online by another physician!!!

We came in for a lab work on Saturday. The staff there was super nice. He went above and beyond to assist us with the blood test. Thank you!

Great medical center with very nice, friendly and professional staff. The doctors are listening carefully and makes their best to figure out what's happening.
All necessary tests will be assigned and examined thoughtfully and carefully.
Inside there is mix of medicine and technology one could to see nowdays: badge scanners everywhere, new PCs in each room, equipment is fresh and new.
The location is great, near route 17 and 85 intersection.
Parking is big enough and nicely organized.

Charged $380 for a 15 minutes office visit!

I made an appointment for a 15 minutes new patient office visit in Feb. Since that was my first visit, I let the doctor know my problem (a common and not urgent problem) for the day and all my 3 other concerns. The doctor focused on my problem and responded my concerns briefly. I did not discuss with the doctor in detail because I thought I should make other appointments for my concerns if necessary. So we finished the visit within 15 minutes.
However, I received a bill for a 30-44 minutes office visit which cost me $380. I called the billing department. Even though the visit was only 15 minutes and I didn’t ask detailed questions, I was told that their coding is correct…..

Clean and airy office space. Just don't miss the driveway! The parking is free, but very limited.

Scheduled at 10:45am with urgent care, and waited in the sick waiting area with a sick upset 2 year old for a solid hour. The front desk staff are nice but were helpless. Only thing they can do is to call the doctor and tell you ā€œjust a couple of minutesā€ which could mean another from 20 minutes to half an hour.

Nurses looked unhappy and the doctor is ā€œurgentlyā€ wanting to leave. They only spent 5 minutes top with us and left us with a bunch of questions unanswered.

The place is low efficient.

Will try the Mountain View site and see if they are better.

I usually don't write reviews for medical stuff but was so impressed by the efficiency of the staff and the amount of care they put into everything. They took great care of my wife when she was in need. We've tried other medical offices around the area and many have fallen short in terms of transparency and competency. We can tell this was a well oiled machine and we felt like we were in great hands.

I was recommended to come here to see a lactation consultant by the pediatrician who saw my newborn. I explicitly explained to both the pediatrician and the receptionist who called me that my concerns were about pumping and not about my baby. The receptionist instructed me to arrive with my pump and did not tell me to bring the baby. At the actual appointment, I was told I couldn’t be seen without my newborn and was handed a print out from some third party website that I could’ve found myself. I was given options to come back, but that would’ve involved disturbing my baby just to return and talk to them about pumping (not to mention it was rainy and cold). I was then told they had to see my baby to make sure she was ā€œokay,ā€ which was insulting when she just saw the pediatrician the day before and was growing and bottle feeding appropriately. I also reviewed my chart and realized the pediatrician never noted my concern about pumping.

I’ve now had two unpleasant interactions with two different PAMF pediatric practices within a week, which is concerning being newly postpartum. It seems like only half my concerns are heard and both office’s front desk staff have either been condescending or lacked clear communication. Furthermore, all postpartum patients deserve more compassion and neither of the clinics I’ve been to handled any of that well.
