I had ongoing health coaching with Dr. Chavarkar over the course of 2018 and 2019 due to challenging health issues. I was going for test after test to find out why my blood results were abnormal and why walking was painful despite weeks of physical therapy. Dr. Chavarkar meticulously reviewed my test results and asked lots of questions about my lifestyle, nutrition habits and symptoms. She used her knowledge of integrative medicine to correctly connect the high levels of calcium in my blood, the bone density tests results, and the increasing pain to a possible bone fracture. She asked me to immediately go for an MRI and X-ray which showed bone fractures that required surgery. I am now following Dr. Chavarkar’s nutritional and health protocol and my health improved. To anyone who needs expert and empathetic guidance from a medical professional who addresses your whole health, I would highly recommend the services of Dr. Chavarkar. She listens intently, is passionate about getting her patients on the road to their best health, and is easy to talk to. Finally, no more medical terminology and jargon that leaves me more confused but frank, expert and caring advice on how I can improve my health by taking personal accountability and being educated about my health needs and options. The insight and guidance I got from Dr. Chavarkar far outweighed the monetary investment I made.
