This was an experience I won’t forget. I needed a leg boot, spent time on the phone getting the right info. Went to L&C once I was told they could fill the script and fit me for the boot. As I observed the confusion with other patrons I was concerned. There were only 2 girls at the counter. And one of them put on her coat and put up a sign please wait for another person. No one showed up. This was 2:30 mid day. It was finally my turn. And the girl looked in her computer and said there is a problem she went out back. I asked why would I come here if I was told I was all set. She returned and said I will be all set. And then brought me the short boot as I needed a tall. She was upset when I said I am to be fitted. As I was told on the phone L&C need to have better customer service and communication!!!

Matt from the Agawam store delivered a hospital bed on time and was friendly and did a great job putting it all together (numerous pieces, numerous trips up and down the driveway) and in no time at all was showing us how to use it. It has been great. THANKS Matt!

I went to urgent care and needed a medical boot asap. While other companies didn't take walk-ins and/or have the item in stock. On my 4th attempt, I had called Louis and Clark and spoke to Leslie. She was lovely and had great customer service . She checked on the equipment I needed and told me to come right there. No appointment needed. Rebecca took care of me immediately when I arrived. I will definitely go back there if need be!

I needed an ankle brace and wanted to support a local small business. I experienced sticker shock ($134.49) but assumed it was a fair price. Later that day I found the exact same item on Amazon for $8.99 with free shipping. I understand the company needing to make a profit however, this markup is outrageous. I will not be returning to this business despite their store clerks being outstanding in their customer service and professionalism. Lesson learned: Check Amazon first unless you want to get ripped off.

What a horrible company. My mother's doctor ordered her a commode. She almost fell off the seat, which didn't fit; it slipped off when she moved to get up. I attempted many times to lock the seat, but couldn't. It was flawed. I called the company, and the woman who I spoke with didn't know what I was talking about. "What seat?", she asked. Anyway, twice they returned my call without leaving a voicemail or follow-up; however nothing was ever done. A flawed commode, which is useless, sits in my kitchen. There were no other follow-up calls when I continued to call. No voicemails were left. What I'm feeling is incompetence. I think I'll donate the commode to the sheriff's office. Perhaps, they'll be able to remedy the situation. What a useless company!!!

This place lacks customer service skills. I stood in line and once it was my turn the lady said next yet didn't welcome me. I did say good morning. Then she gives me several wrong prices for an item I needed. I requested to see the item and to find out the actual price. Several times repeating myself. First she priced item at $30.00 afterwards $75.00 instead the real price was $20.00. Stop guessing. People's skills are critical for any business. Be polite, greet customers, smile it won't hurt you. Ten years ago they provided great service but not in 2024.

Diane has been a god send. Had an issue with bed delivery and she handled it like a true pro and stood by her word, that it would be delivered on the day that she said. Delivery was professional and personal. Know they are struggling with help issues but are working hard to service customer. Call Diane and expect great service. Worst part is that they do not call you back after many many calls
