I love this place because they treat truckers like people! They have a clean bathroom and a vending machine in the shipping/receiving/guard office as soon as you pull in. They actually greet you as you pull up and get some information from you. Then you have to slide your tandems and go into the office and they give you paperwork showing you where to park your trailer and where to pick up an empty in actual labeled locations! As well as being one of the only places that actually sweeps out the trailers so they are clean when you pick up an empty! The only thing I don't like about this place is their scale. It does not individually weigh each section but you actually have to do math lol. Other than that it's a great place!

Do not arrive more than an hour early they will not take you. Have your vest available and slide your working tandem to the rear before you get to the guard shack. TA is 12-15 miles away. Casey is very small and maybe full but it's a mile away. Hope this helped.

Betty needs to put her manners back in place before she puts on her vest at the guard shack. She has a very disrespectful attitude. Or maybe someone should give her a hug — she certainly needs one!

Second time here and worse experience than the first time. There are 4 lanes for check in but it bottle necks into one lane making it and absolute cluster phuck. The lead truck had an issue with paperwork so I sat in line for an hour ...a bloody hour!!!! A half hour is pushing it. They should have had that truck pull forward so the rest of us could go through . On a good day you'll set for at least a half hour unless you get there after 10 pm and before 7 am. Western express drivers are like ticks on a dog there too.

This place is completely unorganized and has no clue how to do their job. Been waiting over 5hrs for half a trailer to be unloaded. I wish I got paid by the hrs and could milk the clock like these employees do. Lowe's management should be ashamed of themselves.

Plenty of room for backing ect. Very bad when it comes to drop and hook. We or at least I was told to Bob tail to the bobtail parking and to call traffic for an Empty trailer. One time I call they tell me they have none available yet. Call back in an hour. I call back almost an hour later and I'm told they gave one out. I call back 30 minutes later then I'm told they just gave out two. I'm at the point of requesting to not deliver here again.
