I initially hesitated due to the low ratings, but I’m glad I decided to go. The front desk staff was friendly and provided thorough information. The doctor was efficient and to the point, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. The standout was the technician who conducted the lung test—she made the experience. Even though she tested my lungs to the max, overall, I had an excellent experience.

Pay attention to the low rating this office has on here. I can only think of one other doctor's office with such incompetence, but at least the receptionist wasn't rude and condescending at that one. This one, after charging me $25 just to reschedule when I had corona virus, refused my appointment that I waited weeks for to address my rather serious condition just because I didn't have a physical copy of my insurance card. I had my insurance profile logged in and ready to tell or email anything they needed, including a digital card, just like with any other doctor's office. The receptionist very rudely said they will not see me with out a physical card. If I had to use my imagination, I'd guess that they were going to make a DIGITAL copy of it. She also very condescendingly asked me why I didn't have any new patient paperwork ready to go, as if they ever emailed me anything or told me to print or fill out any documents, and she kept on and on about that even though I showed up 30 minutes early to handle any new patient paperwork. Don't waste any of your valuable time with this office.

I spoke with the most disrespectful and lazy front office troll today. This woman was unwilling to get off her chair to help with anything. Additionally, she continued to cut me off then had the audacity to hang up on me. If you are the owner of this establishment or Dr. William T McKenzie, I would strongly suggest finding a new front office clerk. And if you plan on going to this sleep center, I would strongly suggest against it.

I have been using Dr. William Tony McKenzie for at least 4 years now. I love him and his staff. I have had to see him two different times that my family doctor and other doctors could not find out what was wrong with me. Dr. McKenzie was able to tell me right away what was wrong and what treatment I needed to start getting better. He and his staff care and do there very best to help. He will be my lung doctor for as long as he/I are living. You don't have long waits to see him in the office and that really means a lot when you just don't feel like sitting up. There office is also always very clean. Again I love all his staff.

The front office workers are completely rude. They will roll their eyes and act like you’re inconveniencing them. On top of that I had an appointment scheduled months in advance. I called and asked for the first cancellation. I got an appointment that next week, but then I get charged months later for missing my original appointment. I don’t understand when I told the receptionist that I wanted that appointment instead of my original. Then I continue to receive calls saying I have an appointment after I have made it clear I no longer wish to visit this business. The actual doctor was very nice, but all the other employees had an attitude problem, if you could avoid going there I would highly recommend.

I changed from another Dr's office to Lung and Sleep Center. I love it here. The other office was also a pain management center and I was constantly being told I had to come back for an appt. for this or that. Each time was a $25.00 co-pay and each time they acted like I was a total stranger looking for drugs to manage pain. Each visit I had to fill out the initial paperwork (over and over). They never knew what my appointment was for and I continually had to tell them I had no pain and didn't need drugs. Since visiting Dr. McKenzie's office, I only have every 6-month appointments for my c-pap needs and updates. The office staff addresses me by name and they know exactly why I'm there. I feel like I am a law abiding citizen again and I have no regrets about changing doctors.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered in my 70 years!!! I gave 1 star only to be able to enter my review!

My primary doc wanted me to see if I needed a sleep study done. I was experiencing shortness of breath & a cough at night when lying down. I spent quite a while getting Pulmonary Function Tests done, then I was taken to a room to await the dr.

When he hurriedly entered, he barely spoke to me, asked me if I had ever had asthma. When I said "No.", he burst out with "Well, you must have. Looks like you airways are closing early." He spoke sharply, shortly & rudely, and said very little else to me.

He never asked me a single question about why I was there, my symptoms, how I was feeling, or gave me any form of an exam (listening to my lungs)! When I see that lady in his commercials say he's very 'hands on', I have to laugh!

He spent maybe 3 minutes in the room with me, then left, telling me to check with the girls out front. They told me he had ordered a sleep study & 2 medications, neither of which he discussed with me at all! So they sent 2 Rxs to my pharmacy for multiples of each PLUS refills for later! Both were expensive! Thank goodness for insurance! I've never used either & called back to cancel the sleep study.

I told my primary Dr. I have no respect for McKenzie because of that one visit. Also, that I would not go back there!

Four visits and two sleep studies to find out what I knew before seeing him. With all Doctors these days it's about milking the insurance companies and charging the patient for anything extra they can get out of them. Charged me for a follow up appointment for a sleep study I did not have. They do not call and remind you of appointments and want to charge you an extra $25.00. Dr. McKenzie should care more about patients and not how much he is going to make. Lady in office very rude. Hung up on me and said she was going to turn me over to the credit bureau.
