The medical care that I received here was good, no issues. What I have an issue with is the billing practices of this office. I was seen here in November/December of 2020 and January and December of 2021. At that time, the office would not take payments in person, instead they say that they will send a bill. I received a bill for the November 2020 appointment in late 2020. At that time they did not have a way to pay online, instead they stated that I need to send a check or money order - what a hassle! I sent the payment via check 1/4/2021. In late January 2021 called to make sure they received the check and to inquire about the bills for the December and January visits. I was informed that the additional dates of service had not been billed yet. Now over THREE YEARS later, in July of 2024 I receive a string of text messages asking for hundreds of dollars! When I was finally able to get through to a live person in the billing department to ask about this delayed billing and inquire as to why no paper invoices were sent I was informed that they had an incorrect address for me. Not sure how the address was changed in their system as I have not had any appointments or contact with them since these initial visits. It seems like it was an internal error or change of billing service on their end. Regardless, they updated my address back to my original address and within a week I receive a ledger with notice of "Collections Pending"! Very frustrating to be threatened with collections due to their mistake! I had tried to pay in the office at the time of the appointment, I was told they would bill me. They didn't bill me, I was unaware I owed them more money. If I received an invoice, I would have paid it timely. On the positive side they are now able to accept online/credit card payments but I cannot recommend this office due to the billing practices.

Amazing AMAZING! Rose literally has saved my life. The group moved earth and sky to get me safe quickly and since then, Rose has shown skill and knowledge, and is very personable. A pleasant experience to be seen by her and to receive her care.

I’ve been so pleased with the care I receive. The office staff is very courteous and professional. Dr. Saddi and his PA, Rose are so wonderful to talk to. They explain everything and don’t rush. I totally like the group.

I got a text message I owe a bill! I haven’t used a sleep study service! I was in the hospital 4/21. Why 4/24 am I even being contacted for the first time. Even if you saw me in the hospital 3 years ago you can’t now contact me for the first time ! What kind of billing practices do you run? It’s not an itemized mailed bill, no collection calls. A text message what are you doing! I won’t pay anything 3 years after the fact as I can’t even bill insurance 3 years after the fact if it’s even legitimate bill! Who knows you sent a text .. what the heck is going on! Unethical behavior!

The Doctor and NP are patient and explain things so they are easily understood. They made sure all questions and concerns were answered prior to my leaving as well. The office wasd very well staffed and professionally run.

Dr. Saadi is caring and patient with his patients and takes the time to listen. He’s conservative and does not over medicate. He is willing to take the time and provide options for treatment. Great experience.

Only use this office as a last resort. They never answer the phone, dont call back when leaving a message, the girl at the front dest has absolutely mo people skills and sows no concern, answers are we don't operate like that. Worst specialist i have ever visited. There are a lot of choices dont waste your time with this office.
