My nurse Stephanie was excellent in the OB department! She went above and beyond caring for me when I was in pain and uncomfortable! The US tech that came in to scan my kidneys was very skilled and knowledgeable! She let me watch the images as she scanned and took the time to explain what I was seeing! The entire care team I had that day did a great job and had a very quick turn around in diagnosing what was going on. They even consulted a urologist who came up and saw me before I left the hospital! I appreciated the excellent service.

The nurse didn't clean the IV port before injecting pain meds. I asked him, you guys don't clean the ports anymore? He said we do. I can if you want. He Injected pain meds quickly instead of the proper way. He idn't take anything off of me as far as heart monitor items, blood pressure cuff. My heart was racing, I pushed the call light, the aide came in, I asked him to tell the nurse. The nurse didn't come. I had to push the light again. I told him it felt like my sugar dropped so he checked it. It was ok. He put the thing on my finger and checked it. Said my heart rate was at 101 that that was only ten over 90 and said hmmmm idk and walked out
I honestly didn't feel safe under his care. Every answer to my questions was idk. The room was freezing. I had to ask multiple times for the air to be shut off. The food was disgusting. Dry meat and potatoes with no gravy. What a joke.

Staff was great. First time to have procedure done. They all were reassuring and understanding of my personal apprehension. Doctor was great came in and explained everything as well as the nurse anesthetist. Nursing staff was great from start to finish. Will definitely be my first choice for hospital care in the future. Thank you everyone for such a positive experience.

Nursing staff were phenomenal! So kind and caring. Even held my hand just for comfort. We need more staff like the RNs, LPNs and techs at Lutheran in every hospital! The physicians were very rushed, didn't explain procedures and left me confused and scared most if the time. Bedside manners were non-existent. Wouldn't recommend them.

I arrived by ambulance. I spent some time in the E.R., before being relocated on the 3rd floor. My care was wonderful. The staff was very kind, caring, and courteous - Carla, Courtney, Jane, Janet, Jannalynn, Senaida, Shannon ×2, Reese, Teresa, and Victoria. If I've left anyone out, please forgive me. If the occasion ever arises, I want to be admitted to Lutheran -- they're the BEST.

Staff was amazing. They truly care about your issues. They took time to get to know me even though they were just doing their job so quickly. The intake staff was Tremendous. Doctor P was very knowledgeable and professional and I liked him very much. We agreed on some points and he said he would order a test for me. When I got home, Lutheran Scheduling had already called. They called back and we scheduled the test. I am very pleased with the service I received today.

Registration went quickly, and every single person I interacted with was friendly, kind, courteous, and professional. Radiology was ahead of schedule and took me back earlier than expected for my testing. The area was clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. Before each step of the procedure, they explained everything in layman’s terms and then ask if I had any questions, concerns, or needed further clarification. This made the entire procedure stress free.

I am glad I chose Lutheran Hospital and I am grateful for such an awesome team in the Radiology department!
