The care is good and most of the staff are friendly. One is not helpful and avoids checking in patients. I also, usually have to go to them even though there is a sign to wait because they do not call you up [as the signs suggest should happen. It also is frustration to be seen 15-30 minutes late at appointments when I am 15 minutes early to begin with. When it keeps occurring, it may be better for them to have longer appointment time or longer buffers to avoid it. The care is good, you just have to wait patiently for it.
