I went to M&M Medical Supply several months ago for an item and they were very helpful & pleasant. They now have new staff and new management. I've seen some of the reviews, and I think it's too bad that people write such negative things. This is a small business working with customers & their insurance companies. Insurance actually dictates what is paid for, not the store! I give the staff a lot of credit for going through the trouble of working with the insurance companies!

Just got my golden mobility scooter from zM&M MEDICAL and could not be more happy with the s service and hospitality of Debbie and f other staff there ,and prompt service as I was having extensive b a cl surgery the Friday after getting my scooter.and we had to return for other medical items related to the comfort of me as t j om r and beyond helpful I would recommend them and Debbie any day of the week ,signed Frederick gay

In August 2024 at BIDMC a representative tried to refuse to rent me a Mendela Symphony. I met this person less than 48 hours after a traumatic spontaneous birth, during my discharge prep while my kid was staying in NICU. I was very vulnerable, exhausted, sleep deprived.This person with no medical training tried to force me to agree to buy a lesser performing pump, which would have jeopardized our breastfeeding plan if I yielded. I was able to repeatedly insist and after extraordinary resistance, the agent finally furnished a rental unit. Unconscionable behavior. Truly shameful. I did have intelligent and appropriate conversations with their staff over the phone in this time period, which I appreciated.

Bought a nebulizer on July 10th cash 70.00 called this am to return it they were closed this past weekend the reciept said within 3 days I called the woman said because it was used I couldn't return it well the receipt said nothing about that so I'm contacting better business bureau I'm fighting this one don't use them for your medical needs ratings are real low

Excellent service. Julie is a sweetheart! They even sent my breast pump out 13 days before I was scheduled to have it. They are knowledgeable and helpful! Other places I called were rude or did not have what I was looking for. Keep in mind, with my insurance, I had to go searching through over 300 pages just to find the pump I was looking for.

I would highly recommend and use them again!

Rental beware!!!! Never trust this company. I live in Massachusetts. I rented a breast pump for 3 months since a friend liked hospital grade pump they rent out. I was desperate so jumped on a long term rental. I was sent a pump with a missing wire. Sent it back for a return and the supervisor refused to give me my money back. Extremely rude, she wouldn't stop yelling and fighting with me. I literally had to hang up on her since I couldn't stand her language. Basically telling me "well who told you to rent it, I didn't come to your home to sell it" and "write a review anywhere you like, as if I care." I am traumatized by her behavior and service. She said to return 2 month rent amount but lied. Complete thief's.

I am surprised at the poor reviews for this vendor - so far they have helped me out with a bunch of problems and they have been very pleasant and professional. I have not yet received the order (for my Mom) but I will re-post if my experience changes. PS. I went to M&M b/c ANOTHER vendor charged my mother for an item, which should've been covered under Medicare; when this was pointed out to them, they said they would get her a refund but, despite several visits, they never produced - so Mom did not want to deal with them. The other vendor was more convenient - located in Shrewsbury.

I would love to give this place more stars. Julie is so very sweet and helpful. She was able to look up my insurance information right away to get my breast pump. They even had the pump I wanted. I called about 10 different places and no one had what I was looking for. The others were just plain old rude!

I highly recommend M&M Medical Supply!!!
