Terrible service, I went in for blood work referral and a normal checkup. Main lady doctor says they don't do referrals, that i look perfectly fine but didnt even do anything but an eye exam. She didn't have no gloves on and stained up clothes. I'm native american from around here as well. BTW I just had labs done from quest diagnostic from them less then a month ago. There in it for the patients money unfortunately n don't care about the patient at all.

I’ve been a patient for almost a year here and haven’t had an issue. Dr. Rikardson and the nurse practitioner have always been very professional and courteous. They’re thorough and even took the time to do an EKG when my heart rate was abnormally high. The office staff are also very nice and try to fit you in for an appointment in a timely manner if you need to be seen. I would definitely recommend.

Right now MACT Health Board in Jackson is going through a phase with no permanent Dr or Nurse Practitioner but they are doing the best they can. I just went for my check up on Tuesday Oct 10 and the temporary NP they have, Laura, is very nice and helpful. I have been coming to the clinic for 4 years now and have always had a good experience. They really do try to accommodate your needs.

Dr Ko is the best, most gentle , caring and sweet dentist ever. This is the first dentist that I have ever had that can give a shot without pain. She has this slow technique while giving the shot where the pain is so slight that the worst part of the whole visit, ( the shots ) has become the easiest part! She is also nice and respectful to her staff as well 🙂

My Finance is ill and is trying to see her Dr, and the receptionist is there laughing at her and being mean telling her to deal with the issue with her appointment that she has set up for next month. She is sick now and needs to be seen and she is being laughed at on the phone and i quote " You are still trying to be seen now? Why don't you just wait until your appointment next month"

I fell thru their cracks.. never saw a real Doctor. Never informed of "P.A." I assumed they were a D.R. was treated "Wholistically "
