Dr.Maddox was my doctor for several years and I had the utmost confidence in his care but after trying to get an appointment for gastrointestinal problems I was told I had to get a covid test first and was directed to Walgreens to be tested which I did . I was shocked finding I checked positive and called back dr. Maddox s office and the receptionist said she'd put a note on Erica s deck and she'd call me sometime in . Well waiting all day i I was finally called in an allergy med and muscle relaxer .I never talked to anyone past the receptionist who at one point was nasty to me. Being a 74 year old man with history of asthma and high risk I was given the best of care and will never use them again and now I question my care given me all these years I used them !!!

Absolutely horrible doctor!! He refuses to give referrals to his patients to see any kind of specialist. When I asked to get one for a dermatologist I was told if I didn't like they way he was treating me to find another doctor. So I did. He is the worst doctor I ever came in contact with. I'd rather drive out of town than see this pos!!!

Dr. Maddox was very, short, rude and unprofessional with my daughter. When he would ask her a question, if she didnt know the answer or didnt answer to his liking he would raise his voice to her and talk to her as if he were reprimanding his own child. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. It got to the point where we had words and was asked to find another doctor....well, gladly! No patient should be spoken to that way.
