FALSE ADVERTISING. We used this office for a primary care visit because they advertised that they were capable of doing so. The purpose of the visit was to obtain specialist referrals as all insurance companies now require. We needed 4 referrals; it's been 8 weeks and we still have not received a single referral! Customer service after the fact is non-existent. We had to wait another month for a different doctor in Dothan and have received all 4 referrals in less than a week.

Very nice staff. I did not like just having the kiosk to sign and no one at the front desk to help. Had an older lady that was lost in the operation of it. Myself and another patient had to help her get signed in. Better step by step instruction would have helped. Good service outside of the sign in kiosk!!

I will say the in the facility the staff was very nice. I don't know if anyone else has had a problem with the billing department taking money from your checking account when you don't owe them anything. I have called and sent messages to talk with someone. Yet no response, it about put me in the negative in my account. So be leary of using your debit card with them. The billing department will never get back with you to get it straight. I guess I will get in touch with a lawyer and see if there is a class action to be filed against them. Can't even get a nice little response from the owner. Just a bunch of thieves in my opinion.

Quick, easy, nice staff! Loved that they had And in-house pharmacy and we did not have to go wait anywhere. Especially helpful since we are in from out of town!

There is no one there to speak to in person to sign in. Everything has to be done at a computer kiosk or your phone. If you press the button to speak to someone, it may be several minutes before someone answers. When they do answer, they may be in Birmingham instead of Eufaula. The wait is unnecessarily long. There are only a nurse practitioner and one assistant working there. This morning a man arrived at 9 am and left at 11 am without ever being seen. He just gave up and left.
It used to be much better and faster.

This is the only Urgent Care that I like to use. Everyone from front check in to the doctor are very caring, knowledgeable and helpful! I am Chronically ill and am very comfortable going here when my primary can’t see me. Also, you check in online which makes it very convenient.
