This is a great store for medical supplies for residential use. My son rolled him ankle last night at practice ? he couldn’t put any weight is ankle today so, I got him a walking boot from Mandad Medical supply the price was moderate to fair the boot of course was medical grade and was what we needed. They have all sorts of supplies and equipment there really nice to see.

Yes this place has alot of varieties of medical need. But they have a strict no return or exchange. I bought a incline pillow for my husband's shoulder. Two hours later I get home, my husband said no that won't work. We Did not open the package. I called and I could not exchange for another pillow that can be helpful for my husband's shoulder. So its very frustrating of buying a$60 item and the item is not helpful. So $60 for nothing.

Very good customer service. Very well stocked on supplies! Prices were reasonably priced but slightly higher compared to other chains and outlets selling same or similar items. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong walker for my injury and it was very disheartening when they wouldn't be a little more understanding of my need to just do an exchange for the correct item and pay them any difference I needed to. I hadn't even used it. I purchased several items from them and had every intention of doing business with them again and recommending other veterans but now not so much! It's so hard to find good business anymore... It's no wonder Amazon is running places like this out of business. No one wants to be understanding of people's needs anymore, its all about the almighty dollar! What's sad is they missed out on more money because not only was l going to exchange the item but I was going to purchase two knee scooters so I'd have one on both levels of my home. They're lost... Amazon's gain!

Lady was rude on the phone. I inquired about a replacement nebulizer masked. She said I needed a prescription just for the mask. I just went and took my business to Amazon. Wasn’t even worth it !

This store is such a blessing, they have so many choices. The people are kind and patient, we felt like family. It’s nice to have a place with people that care about what they sell and take the time to offer suggestions on what might work best. I know we will be back whenever we need additional supplies.

I live in NJ, but my daughter lives in VA.
My husband is bedridden and in order for me to visit, I must rent a hospital bed for him to use.
I have done this on two occasions this year.
I recommend them highly!!! It was a smooth easy process both times. I was called with updates regarding delivery and pickup and was in constant communication with them. Mabel there couldn't be more pleasant to deal with and the delivery guys very kind as well!

Not happy with my experience, I rented a scooter for a month due to a broken ankle.
It was due for return as stated on my paperwork on a Sunday which is a day they are closed. I had no idea they were closed and rented a van to be able to get it back on time. Needles to say when I got there I was pretty upset. I called them to inform them of my ordeal and they did nothing but charge me another F$&king $40 to come pick it up. Just zero compassion or consideration of what I went through just the day prior trying to return their equipment. I will never use this location again and do not recommend this business to anyone.
