Dr. Pamela Gordon is such a caring doctor. She really takes her time during appointments and listens. She’s always been super helpful with any questions/ concerns I have about my health. She’s great! The front desk staff is super friendly and so are the nurses. I really appreciate the staff at this clinic they’re all great!

Honestly surprised at all the bad reviews. I drive from Taunton to this location specifically to see my doctor and I am incredibly happy with her. Thorough and she genuinely cares. Lab on site which is extremely convenient. I use the patient portal for all communication and scheduling and have 0 issues. The only complaint I have is parking is very limited, some days you have to wait for someone to leave to snag a space.

Zero stars possible?
Hines is who has my grandmother. Never ever refills her medications on time (important ones nonetheless). Recently was sick on antibiotics and she was contacted to see what to do - was told back multiple times they would “call back”. Well 24h+ later they called her back, never apologized, and said we didn’t have the right #. Then how did you have the number to call her just now?
Unprofessional, rude, neglectful, arrogant.
Taking my grandmother elsewhere for a higher level of care.

I have a very bad experience. I got cut by wrong with a metal rusted in my finger it was small cut and the nurse told me we have the shot but we are not gonna clean your cut and you should go to urgent care . I said to her it is not a surgery just need a peace of cotton and alcohol to clean it before get tetanus shot and she
refused. Actually I felt disappointed

Got told to come here twice. They rejected me twice telling me May is the earliest day. I was told I have a viral throat infection. Lady on the phone sounds like an ai programmed robot not even listening to what I was telling her . Oh!!! Also the first time I was told I was going to get a call in 24 hours no one followed up. You have a better chance getting help from yourself before these clowns !

The providers and nurses are good and are nice, but everything administraive is terrible. The worst doctor's office I've ever had. If you are a patient here, expect them to fail at their job and advocate for yourself. It's the only way you'll get adequate care.

Very hard to get in touch with them. They usually do not send referrals when they tell you they have, and they usually refer me to specialists who do not take my insurance. They've also failed to send test results to specialists, so the specialists had to repeat the tests when I get there. And there are so many more bad experiences I've had with them that I won't mention here to avoid writing a page long rant.

If you have any other options, do not choose Manet.

I have had an appointment set up FOR June 28th since the beginning of this year just to be established with a primary Dr. I get a call today that “the provider can’t see you that day” I got bumped another 2 months. So for about 8 months now I have had no primary care Dr to see about anything this is just so sad and seeing other people’s bad treatment here is not what Heath care is.- updated don’t go here if you don’t feel like waiting a year for a PCP/physical. Mansfield Heath center was great getting me in😊
