I thought I'd be doing myself a favor switching from the St. Cloud facility to Mankato and save myself 80 miles per visit one way. I was wrong...
I don't relish giving negative reviews but in the case concerning my "Care Team" at the Mankato Facility they have earned it, I'm being generous giving two stars~ Everything is in Myhealthevet concerning my complaint - which reminds me - I'm going to take screen shots in case the emails are conveniently deleted.
The receptionists in Mankato are nice though...lol

seems like when i call to make apponitment it is i need to talk with triage nurse then see if need appointment plus not to happy with primary care you want to see her either she is gone for a month after period of time you end up getting different dr after 6 months to year i like the clinic but not the service i receive just to schedule appointment very disappointed there mental health you see dr or social 15 to 30 minutes at tops one i had when we had are talk session kept looking at the clock i felt i got no where at all very bad results sometimes feeling worse then when i left them before i talk with them now that bad needs major imporovement i feel i called to talk wth my mental dr i talked to his nurse for like 30 minutes got no where at all not sure how anyone else feels but my sad experience
