I've been talking to admissions over the phone she is so patient with me and all my questions. I finally got to come in and tour the facility with her, she is very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a great relationship with the residents several stopped her in the hallway, she even stopped to answer a light it really showed me a lot about her and made our discussion very easy. We did notice a smell when we was on one of the halls but other then that the facility was clean. Staff was engaged with the residents playing some kind of game.

I have my family here and most everyone is very attentive to my loved ones needs. CNA are incredible. Most managers are amazing!! I would recommend this facility!!

Facility is an absolute nightmare. I was the maintenance director for almost three months. I was wrongfully terminated for being out sick for four days even with proof of texts, calling and doctors notes from the VA. then now Administrator and I worked at previous facility him before me, because I know his background why he was terminated from that facility I was immediately targeted. I was let go with no disciplinary actions and no notice. I walked in on a Monday morning and was terminated immediately. The facility is constantly dirty smells like urine and feces, residence getting out constantly because of lack of supervision, the nursing staff takes absolutely no responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Everything is pushed off on maintenance or any department that they can find any kind of fault whatsoever with. Sterr clear and keep your loved ones away from this facility and if you’re looking for a place for employment, absolutely do not start here. They show no loyalty in anyway whatsoever. During the first snowstorm myself and 6 others stayed in this facility for three days because the administrator felt he didn't need to be there and management didn't prepare at all. As for the owners OPCO... Terrible corporate company. Even after I was terminated, corporate continued to call me asking me for information that the administrator didnt know but I did, managment called me still asking for information to help make sure their facility could move forward correctly. TRUELY DISGUSTING

Lots of activities to due .
Food is so good .
Like that if you have a problem the staff gets it resolved as soon asap .

this place is terrible!! do not put your loved ones in here especially if they have dementia or cant walk. The call buttons dont work, they shut the doors so the nurses cant hear them. They give them cow bells to ring! This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

144 beds and at times one RN for entire place. Most staff members are nice and caring but a couple ate ealking halls talking on phones. Medicines are always running out ant antibiotic doeses missed. Place is kept clean food is always cold

The residents are wonderful here. A lot of of them are close like family. Co workers are friendly and helpful.
