I would give them a 0 if I could. I took my grddtr for 2nd dose of vaccine. I waited almost 2hrs. During that time I could hear staff in the back, laughing, talking so much and loudly. And it made me question my waiting time? The med asst called us first then we waited...he was great!! Then student nurse practitioner saw us...then Dr Roseanna Harris saw us just to let us know they didn't have the vaccine. How is that possible that clinics don't know they don't have it? Why did they not notify me? They then sent me to office on wilmot, but didn't send the order or notify them I was coming. The wilmot staff could not give the vaccine w/out the order. I got tired of waiting and left. I was so frustrated. I felt Dr Harris didn't care enough to to be efficient, maybe if they didn't fool around talking so much, laughing they could be more efficient. I will continue to go to the Marana Main office 30 miles away...instead of going back there. It's sad they're in the medical field and really don't care about their pts. Earn your monies and work! Shame on you!

have been trying to schedule an appt for a week. I wait for 10 minutes only to be hung up on. all I want is a refill for my prescription that I need badly.

Excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen to you, and does his best to help. If he can’t he’ll refer you to a doctor who can. Excellent bedside manner.

One hour searching for entrance

Fui con la FNP Roseana Harris para un papanicolau, y la FNP estaba como enojada ceria o de malas casi no hablaba y no daba confianza ya que siempre esta como de malas. Le comente que no me gustaba el examen y me ignoro , me pregunto que si estaba lista y le dige que si , y fue muy brusca me dolió y lo intento otra vez sin lubricacion y me dolió mucho. Ella le dijo al asistente que no podía hacerlo, y se salio sin ninguna explicación y muy molesta. Nunca recibí una explicación ni una disculpa me dejó ahí con el asistente. Al asistente le pregunte por que estaba tan molesta y no me respondio. El tampoco me pidió disculpas por el comportamiento de la FNP, diciéndome que hiciera otra cita ya que me dolió mucho. No pierdan su tiempo aquí. Aparte de la falta de respeto, me hicieron esperar 30-40 minutos después de mi cita para que al final, no me hicieran nada. Esta fue mi segunda cita con la practicante. La señora en mi primera cita también fue super fría y nada cortes. Decide darle una segunda oportunidad y me fue peor.
