I can't say enough Great things about the people and service at Marble City Pharmacy. I have lived in Sylacauga since 2001 and I have used another local pharmacy once or twice, CVS and Walgreens, neither of which can hold a candle to Marble City Pharmacy. I was a patron when Danny and Marsha were there greeting you every time you graced the threshold of their fine establishment. Over the years Jacob and Jared have been gracious owners even during the temporary relocations to enlarge the establishment for drive thru windows and added merchandise. I guess you could say their my one stop shop in town and the wait time is next to impossible to beat! I've never thought of switching pharmacies and I will say, they have a customer for life with me. Amen

I will never be able to brag about this pharmacy enough. Truly the sweetest staff and pharmacists I’ve ever been around. They treat you like family and not to mention, they never make you feel bad when you want to call and ask questions about the medicine. Being 4 months pregnant, I always have a lot of questions to make sure medication, even over the counter, is safe for my pregnancy and they’re always so quick and happy to answer my questions. Truly will never be able to brag enough about this pharmacy and their staff. They make you feel like family.

Where do I even begin which this amazing place?

My experience with this pharmacy has been nothing less than outstanding. They've recently added a drive-through & expanded their in*store gift shop with all sorts of giftables & home goods.
The pharmacy team has been wonderful. I have a medication that isn't frequently prescribed but they always get it ordered for me. You never wait for long periods of time even if they're crazy busy. They even send out "happy birthday" calls which I just recently experienced!
If you're looking for a new "pharmacy home" this is the place.

My husband and I recently moved here (his hometown) and every one we talked to including one of my doctor offices told me this would be their first recommendation for a pharmacy for us to use. I have not been disappointed, I’ve always used retail pharmacies and never want to go back after using Marble City Pharmacy, they are always so friendly and get our medicine filled quick. It is such a sweet small town feeling you get when you walk inside. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

My name is David. Yesterday was my first opportunity to visit Marble City Pharmacy and I can honestly tell you that it was a truly an awesome experience. They didn’t know me or anything about me but what they do know is exactly how to treat a person. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere. I didn’t even know where to drop off my prescription but they guided me along the whole way and were super fast and efficient. The music was great, The atmosphere was great. The way I saw them talk to other clients in person and on the phone was great. This is a familyship and they include you in the family. I left this building feeling amazing and feeling like that is what this world is all about. People helping people the right way. I wasn’t there very long but it sure left a lasting impression. I can't believe what happened to me. This is not right. Here's the deal. I'm on vraylar for my bipolar depression & my regular pharmacist can't get it so last month I used marble city pharmacy to get it filled & had noooo trouble getting it. Well, THIS time tunney wouldn't fill it for me because, (& i quote) "We can't fill it for you because we're losing too much money on it. " Excuse me, what. This is a mental health medication that helps balance me out& I've been off of it for over 1 week, (all because I missed an appt & my treatment plan was outdated, but that's another story.) & y'all won't fill it because you're losing money? This place is alllllways busy & they're making TONS of money off of everybody else!!! They told me that "You'll have to get it filled at a chain store." This is WRONG!!!. isn't insurance supposed to pay u, YES, so how r u losing money? I'll NEVER use this place again & don't recommend it to ANYONE if u have a name brand drug with really good insurance because ur gonna get screwed too. Freaking a-holes. It was SO hard to NOT go n there & kick them. They just remodeled the entire place so OBVIOUSLY ur making money from SOMEwhere. Must b from ripping ppl off. This happened to me yesterday (2-27-2024) n the drive thru.

Update- The pharmacy says this review is full of inaccuracies? HOW? This is EXACTLY what happened & every thing i quoted IS what was told to me. If u REALLY want the truth, message ME. I was out of that medicine for over 1 week & y'all just basically told me too bad, we're losing money. I am NOT a liar.

I have been getting my medicine filled with Marble City for over a year now. The quickest, friendliest and most professional people I have met! I love the app they have where you can request a refill on RxLocal! Never have had a problem at all!
