Took almost two hours to get to see the doctor to find out he refused to refill the prescriptions for nocturnal cramps. If he had communicated this to me earlier I would have addressed this issue previously in order to make arrangements so that I wouldn't be in pain, lose sleep and cause my husband lack of sleep due to the spasms, cramps and pain. Jesse is the nurse/assistant who is rude and refused to send in the last prescriptions and it took me four days before she would give them to me though Polanco had approved them. I also was on hold for 48 minutes when I tried to set the last appointment and prior to this, getting the referrals that Polanco wanted was either just impossible or at a minimum took months for the offices to get.

This office is slow. You have to jump through hoops to get simple meditations refilled and you are always required to get extra blood work done at the hospital. Every time I went I had to wait over an hour to even see the doctor then you have to wait after just for them to print up medication refills, bloodwork requests, etc. Dr. Polanco is a nice man but his office is ridiculous and his extra test requests are unnecessary and excessive.

Dr Polanco is a outstanding Physician. However, his Nurse and Office Staff are a Nightmare. Can not get prescriptions refilled. Been calling and going there now for 2 weeks since I am out of my Medicine and nothing been done. Time to find another Physician
