Was there over a month in April and may. The nurses were nice but the hospital itself was terrible. I was wearing 2 rings that had belonged to my mother and m my wedding ring. They were taken off of me and then just disappeared. I talked to several different people but the overall attitude was oh well and that was my tough luck. There were problems with my discharge which left me in compromised situation. All because of their lack of attention. I had to fly out without my O2 because they didn't charge my batteries or register the concentrator with the airline. It was fly without it or be stranded at the airport with nowhere to go. All and all it was horrible

If you’re ever sick I would suggest never to come here. My fiancé was a patient here at this hospital November 21st, he's been suffering from severe heart problems, we been trying to figure out the problem with what’s been going on. The nurse women was EXTREMELY rude, prejudice and unprofessional towards him. Grabbed his arm really rough to preform the IV/intravenous blood therapy on him and she did it all wrong to where he’s even more sicker than ever. If you look in the picture I uploaded you can CLEARLY see it’s done wrong. As a pharmacy technician that graduated from Brookline college in Tempe. Her license should be revoked! I don’t know what kind of people they’re hiring here. But clearly you see their nurses don’t know how to perform medical procedures properly. Im scared to remove the bandages off his arm because he might he might BLEED to death. I hope you guys see this and reach out to me to resolve this issue. But to anyone that sees this review I would second guess myself and go to banner heath instead.

The staff are all very nice and friendly, I had my son there 37yrs. ago they couldn't treat me any better, they did such an awesome job, And to this day I still go there for my health issue, Even the cafeteria most of the food is very good, They need 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst hospital! Run away from it, please. Dr's and nurses discuss your business for everyone to know and you are aware of why everyone around you is there in the ER. They are violating privacy practices and patients don't say anything because most are minorities that don't even speak English and are unaware they have rights.

I took my dad in to the ER for stroke like symptoms (dizziness, unbalanced when walking on and off, and difficulty talking on and off) and dr. gave my dad the option to stay or f/up with a neurologist "in about 1 wk, 1wk", one week?!
My dad of course chose to not stay since Dr said "either option was good", as they didn't consider it serious. My dad ended up having a full on stroke the next day (in the middle of the night).
Wouldn't a knowledgeable Dr. have noticed this was serious and my dad couldn't leave? Or some serious negligence going on.

This hospital needs to be investigated immediately.

Update: the Neurologist called me about a month later to schedule my dad. By then my dad had already had a stroke, and been through rehab.

My son was in a car accident and was taken there, took hours and hours to even do anything for him. After 3.5 hrs. They took x-rays said he had a broken fiber. I kept asking them them for pain relief for my son but they we're to concerned for an old man that had low blood pressure so it took 10 Dr's, 6 nurses to ask same? However he was released at 1 am no Cass no ace bandage no pain meds. So now he's suffering with pain, worst Hospital ever.

To be honest till today I never had a problem with this place. They always try people with respect and dignity. They alway busy and i get attention take a little bit of time. But today they make me feel like was a favor they try my eye problem when that's not true I'm paying with a private insurance. Nurses specialy Helene and other blond nurse Kacey S. (she write me up in my discharge notes because she said I was yelling on she ) scream on patients all the time and betrayed people saying "you can leave, here is the door, get out". You don't have the right to speak out. I feel like I was in social security clinic in Mexico or in cuba. The place was dirty and disgusting and not protocol of cleaning at all. In the time I was a small room with 6 chairs no social distance 31 to 36 in emergency services ( more than 4 hours ) in the same chair 31 they sit one guy that have some kind of skin infection and after they put a lady with some problem in the arm. In the next chair some guy with a respiratory problem and after other lady. not cleaning the chair or nothing. Any cheap hotel or bad restaurant follow better protocols of cleaning and desinfection. The floor look like sacaton rest area bathroom. And probably I'm being kind. The worst experience of my life in the health system in USA. Go with audio recorders so we can have facts for take this to the TV.
