Very friendly staff, however, if you don't have insurance they won't help you very much. Nurse practitioners are not doctors. They like to think of themselves as one but they aren't. If you don't have an MD beside your name then you're not a Medical Doctor. Told me there was nothing wrong with my back from X-ray view. If you can't determine that there are 2 discs bulging and herniated then you should take your scrubs off and resign your position. I liked the room they put me in, and the nurses are good, but CRNPs are NOT doctors. There's a reason they aren't...

So sad! Waited all night with my sweet baby in agony with two broken legs. Clearly they don’t prioritize patients. Then I got a bogus prescription for him to which I spent the whole next day trying to drive all over God’s green earth to get it filled!

The worst place ever, one thing is to make fun of patients but saying it out loud is insane. Hope they get better staff soon, I never understood why they couldn't get better staff. My sister almost died cause this hospital did not treat her properly. Please be safe and make sure they treat your family with well care and ask questions. Don't let them ignore even for the tiniest thing. They have no shame and is really upsetting.

Full of angelic, caring, work you up the wahzoo and diagnose your problem and give you a temporary fix with a suggested family doctor referral kind of staff. And you can count on everything working out for you...if you are patient enough to wait for them to treat others just as precious. If there isn't anything wrong with you, they tell you that. Don't be mad, they work you up every way allowed to come to a solution. Just be patient for other patients and for the love of God be nice to the staff, all of em. They care. If you want a bad experience meet the mmcn psychiatrist, he don't care and it shows. The food at both hospital's is amazing and I highly suggest the cafeteria in both hospital's even when your not there to be seen. The blood vampires are good at drawing blood and gentle, plus they pull extra so they don't have to draw again for more tests. Less pokes. The receptionist and triage staff are nice, to the point and get real busy and know you are going to get frustrated with your wait. Just try to chill. If it gets too busy in the ER a CRNP comes out and begins the assessments of patients to make the process go faster. It worked, because they helped and released several people from the lobby. They stay in the room until it gets the ER caught up with patients. It stays busy there sometimes but it's an ER and that means more tests than your walk in clinic. They even have staff that are there to try and keep you as comfortable as possible with warm blankets, ice chips, snacks depending on your situation. A lady that came in when I did got back pretty fast, I noticed staff walking her up and down the hall. It's more than an ER, it's people that care. That matters.

My wife came into this hospital emergency room and she was in a lot of pain. She has had a migraine and was put on some medicine for it two days ago, today she has broken out with a bad rash, leaking pleasures, we have been sitting here for 4 hours and people have came and gone and we have not been seen yet. I hope no one comes in with a heart attack

We came to the ER tonight with my 10 year old son due to a bike accident, the staff here was so incredibly nice including Nurse Practioner Johnathon Hannah and a wonderful nurse named Tina who was so good with my son. She made sure I knew exactly what to do after discharge and was very thorough. We were in and out quickly with no waiting.

WORST PLACE EVER PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!!!I woke up one day and i could not walk my left leg was numb and i was losing feeling in my left hand i had a real bad migraine so i went by ambulance to this place they told me i had bell palsy gave me a Tylenol and i choked on it pushed me to the front door and didnt even help me get in the car a few hours later after sitting at home i could not move at all and went to Huntsville hospital. There i found out i did not have bell palsy i had a damn STROKE and my brain was bleeding out i was only 22 years old. All Boaz had to do was notice the signs of a stroke and give me one damn shot to stop the stroke it was to late by time i got to Huntsville it ruined my life and my body forever!!! MY mother had a infection and it spread to her blood stream she went to marshall south they wrote her a script for antibiotics and sent her home 2 days later she died from sepsis shock from the infection nurses at a different hospital said they should of seen how serious it was and kept her and gave her antibiotics IV it would of saved her life. They also misdiagnosed my 5 month old daughter gave her fluids but gave her an adult dose drowned her lungs and sent us to Huntsville because she was about to crash and they said they wasnt equipped to treat her if she crashes! Then my daughter broke her leg one dr said it wasnt broke and told us he would be back with discharge papers before he came back another dr came in and said it was a really bad break and ordered a cast be put on!!! Then one time the nurses couldnt even give me proper care instructions for stitches one said do not get them wet and one said to get in the shower and clean the site real good!!!? The only thing this hospital can do is treat a damn cold!!
