1 Star for Dr Cambridge but 5 stars for Dr Tobin William . Dr . Cambridge made inappropriate comments during our sessions, laughed and acted condescending with some of my questions , and I feel she may have done something that I didn’t want against my wishes that I firmly expressed although I was already told by an advocate that was questionable . Later when I saw her assistant she made uncomfortable comments about the fact I switched. I was absolutely terrified to make appointments and go in to see her . I dreaded making appointments so much I went long periods without calling .
Dr Tobin Williams was the most beautiful soul I have ever met. She took every question seriously and gave me the information I needed to feel assured and plus some . She let me go at my own pace and was completely patient . I never felt rushed or like I was wasting her time . It was the exact kind of experience you dream about when you first become pregnant. She was as gentle as she could be and I really just felt like my spirit was revitalized after seeing her . I really believe God intervened when I saw her and I was so thankful to have her . The facility is beautiful and the birthing experience was amazing ( everyone was beautiful ) and I feel so thankful .

I have called every two weeks for over 6 months and they're still not accepting new patients because they don't have enough providers. Only if you are expecting which is ridiculous my hormones are out of control and affecting my way of life and something that I need a specialist for I may have endometriosis. On top of it my insurance only works in the same county and the only doctors for OBGYN in county are Marshall doctors. Also the people answering the phones are super rude get new providers or offer alternatives cuz this is getting ridiculous it has been way too long

The staff in this office is HORRIBLE. My first appointment I had for my pregnancy took months and the staff was rude, spoke to me as if I was a child, and made me CRY when I came in for my first visit. My appointment was at 3:00 PM I sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting to go back. After 35 min I ask the lady at the front desk when I would be seen and she just smirked at me, said nothing (I guess she went to check) but then said it shouldn’t be much longer. Once I was brought back at 4:05 I waited another 35 min for my doctor. They need new staff or to teach there staff to be kind to patients especially expecting mothers. Just trash.

Response:. The review is in direct reflect that I called the phone number and it was a call center, the lady said the palmer Dr ob/gyn is closed and neither location (palmer or golden center Dr) is making appointments for regular exams nor are they taking new clients. Contradictory to insurance directory. This is because I was told this office was closed and that they aren't accepting appointments. If this office isn't closed then why was I told this by a Marshall representative?

We were at Capital OBGYN and were so dissatisfied we changed over to you,it's been a wonderful change without any hiccups. Dr Cambridge is GREAt she has been nothing but a breathe of Fresh air.

OFFICE CLOSED! they made me go to placerville and changed my doctors 3 times. did not give me a choice nor any notifiction. last doctor (dr. j. boni) was totally useless. made me suffer for a whole year until my insurance expired and i got NO HELP. HORRIBLE

My wife was treated very poorly by Christine Cambridge, she left crying and feeling horrible about herself and her pregnancy.. After seeing a much better OB doctor we learned that Christine even gave us incorrect information. Very disappointed with this experience.
