Dr. Waite is non existent at this practice. For at least the first two years we went there, and no exaggeration, every single well visit was rescheduled because she would not be in the office that day. I have a child with severe anxiety who has missed a large amount of school because of it, the school, who has been amazing, asked us to get a note from her PCP excusing her from gym for the rest of the year so that she can focus on her other classes and can make up the gym credit another time. Dr. Waite refused to write the letter for her stating that there is no physical reason for her not to go to gym. She clearly does not understand anxiety or what my child has been going though and did not even attempt to understand. I have been unhappy with her and the office for awhile now. This incident sent me over the edge. We will be finding a doctor who does not shrug off a severe anxiety disorder as if its no big deal.

The pediatrician is great. The office staff are terrible. I don’t know how they keep their jobs. They don’t know how to do a prior authorization for the life of them. I’ve been waiting months for my sons formula to go through insurance. I’ve been paying over $400/month for a medical hypoallergenic formula because they don’t know what they are doing. Also his medication needs same authorization and that hasn’t been done either. So I have to pay out of pocket even though I have 2 insurance plans. I’m sick and tired of calling them time after time to get my sons prescriptions covered by insurance. I’m sick of paying out of pocket for things that are supposed to be covered . I’m so annoyed right now and never write reviews on anything but this is making me angry 😡

We are so pleased to have Dr Waite as our pediatrician. She is careful, thorough, and attentive. It is apparent to both my husband and I that she keeps up with what's up to date in pediatrics, and we trust her completely with the care of our new son. We love the office, and all of the staff as well.

Never let your child with Dc Marta Wait,my daughter was complaining about a lot weak symptoms and this doctor never make any exame and after 1 an 1/2 year asking for blood work and other things we went to emergency room and find out my child has cancer an advanced stage.If doctor Wait helped this stage was different.
