Love this office! They treat my 4 y/o amazing. Last time Emely and Dr Lazo engaged with her during her cleaning and just in General, Dr Martinez, Dr Shah and front desk and all members are super nice, and they make patients feel comfortable and taken care of.

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!! CINDY IS LITERALLY A WASTE OF SPACE. HOW DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A MANAGER?

I have been with Martinez family dental since they had the original location down the street. Ever since I can remember DR. Martinez has been providing above and beyond service and she is literally one of the best doctors! It’s sad to say her staff is a poor reflection of this amazing history. I came to Martinez family dental due to a cavity and started to get worked on right away. My first issue happened when the doctor that specializes in this treatment was late for over an hour with not a single notice from staff. Staff had me sit there with my mouth open for over an hour without word of what was going on. Mind you this doctor is only there on certain fridays so it is already a hassle to even book an appointment. Nonetheless I waited patiently for the doctor and we proceeded with the work upon his arrival. At the time the doctor was done with the work staff failed to mention the xray machine was down and the doctor couldn’t verify if he completed the work properly because the xray machine is essential in this process. I trusted the doctors advice to come back another day to review if the work has been done successfully so we can work on building the crown. The day of the appointment staff called me requesting I push back my appointment because once again the doctor was running short on time. Due to his typical late habit the doctor had to be assisted by a secondary professional. I obliged and came later down that day because they convinced me having two doctors was better than one and everything as working fine but the doctor cut me short and didn’t complete the job because he had “ other patients”. Mind you this day was also another day staff took long to start the procedure. Once again they requested I come back when already this procedure should’ve been done but I was patient and agreed. Today 2/28/25 I noticed staff hadn’t called me about my appointment as they typically do which already sent a bad message in my head. I called to confirm my appointment at which point they said they had called me 2/19/25 to cancel because the doctor was not coming in. I did not ever receive a call, text or email of any sort to confirm this with me. I asked for the manager Cindy to give me a call back to explain this to me since she’s the one that apparently made the call and inserted the notes. I decided to come to the location instead to clarify things and upon arrival Cindy was in her chair texting her thumbs away while she was talking to her staff about none work related things. Mind you I requested a call back and this is more important than to attend to the client? I questioned Cindy about this and the best she had to say was that she did call but the line sounded static and busy. She never once actually spoke to me, she never once followed up with me or confirmed I was aware of this change. She had a really egotistical attitude and was very dismissive with the situation. “ it’s ok we can just book you for another day “ was her response like you seriously don’t consider your clients have jobs and things they need to do? I work in commercial real estate and taking days off Willy Nilly isn’t viable. This was very unprofessional on her end and im honesty surprised such an undependable person can be in charge. It’s sad to say but this is probably going to be the last time I ever step foot back at this location unless things are made right. DR. Martinez has worked so hard and I appreciate her work so much but honestly her staff is the issue. I would love to have someone other than this so called manager talk to me to work things out before I go ahead and start a claim with insurance about this entire situation. I wish nothing but the best for this company because of the fond memories since I have been with Martinez since my infancy but you lose clients due to poor quality staff.

I chose Martinez Family Dental because I heard wonderful reviews from my friends. On my first visit anywhere I usually get anxious about filling out forms but the front desk staff was so pleasant and answered any questions I had. Once I was in the chair I was so nervous! Yes, I’m 27 and I still hate going to the dentist. However, the doctor was welcoming, answered all my questions, and was very gentle with me. I will be returning to Martinez Family Dental for years to come. If you are looking at reviews to determine if you should go here then take this review as your sign!!

Every hygienist that works in Martinez Family Dental office is super careful and gentle. The orthodontist is very nice and their space is very clean. They keep everything neat and clean.

I've been bringing my daughters to Dr.Martinez for over 20 yrs now my oldest is now 30 yrs old and now she brings my grandbabies to Dr. Martinez as well. I highly recommend her because she's great very pleasant very patient and she always accommodates her patients very well. The office is always clean the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and very professional They're very good at scheduling, if needed they will work around your schedule, their services are overall awesome.
