Dr Bickley is amazing! He even visited my husband in the hospital on a Sunday after his knee replacement. Dr. Jones operated on my arm when I had a serious slice to my wrist filing on a rusty piece of metal. She was fantastic as well. All of the staff, a very pleasant and professional!

Asked for something for pain but was refused.I guess Dr.Bickley will be shoveling my driveway next time it snows.Too painful for me,the only one at home to do snow removal.I have a loooong driveway.

The nurses and doctors are wonderful here, but the scheduling is atrocious. Third time here with my son. Third time I’ve been sitting in the patient room for an hour, no doctor yet. As patients it would be unacceptable and we would be turned away if we walked in an hour late. When I asked why this keeps happening, they said the doctor likes to spend quality time with the patient. If this is known, schedule appointment times accordingly. If my son didn’t need the care, I would be long gone.

So I wanted to write this review early on before I seen this doctor that I found here on Google Dr. Bickley I believe. I took my son to the North Andover office he is three years old and I dealt with the rudest doctor and office worker who brings her patients back to see that specific doctor. I never was so insulted in my life! So here I am looking for a bone doctor for myself and when I see Dr. Buckley works out of the same office at first I was skeptical but I called left a message and this wicked nice woman answered the phone. Her name is Yudelkis. I told her exactly what happened to me in the other office and she couldn’t believe what I went through and she told me that should’ve never happened. She was so caring and sweet and listened to me. I have a lot of life experience (good and bad) especially dealing with people. The qualities she shown on the phone even is what you want as a patient. To be listened to fully and to be helped with whatever situation you are going through. She even looked up my sons name to see the doctor I seen for my son to make sure I was definitely not going to be booked with him!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣🤣🤣🤡 He should not even be practicing medicine I feel. When I told him what happened to me he stuck up for his co worker (girlfriend on the side haha) and dismissed me completely. I am a mom bringing in my little boy too!!! Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

Dr. Johnson and his entire staff are the best! Had total knee replacement in February and already starting out patient therapy. Feeling great and Dr. Johnson’s team at Merrimack Valley Hospital were fantastic. The other knee was replaced 16 years ago. The technology has changed, but the care from Dr. Johnson is still top notch!

I am pleased with Dr. Jones' service on my wrists. Carpal Tunnel. Received a cortozone shot in EACH wrist. Fingers were numb for a bit - only about an hour. Thank GOD as I had to work in 2 hours. Great doctor!

Dr. Pamela Jones treated me, like a number, instead of an individual and a patient. I asked her about the carpal tunnel syndrome problem that I had and she only said to me "HERE IS THE CHART!" She is very rude and very apathetic. I would never recommend people to see her. That is her loss

Time is valuable, for both patient and provider, I think making people wait hrs after there scheduled appointment time is absolutely insane. Maybe cut back on how many appts you fill a day and then it may cut back on wait times.
I waited months to get in and then sat waiting for hrs to be seen and finally gave up and left.
So frustrating
