Called at 3:25 to confirm I could get an EKG and didn’t need an appt., the woman I spoke to as long as I got to the clinic and they were still accepting patients, I could get the EKG. I arrived, they were still accepting patient's, I took a ticket, my number was called, I checked in with my info. when I was called back and then was told they only do EKG’s for pediatric patients. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON WHAT SERVICES YOU OFFER. Of course no one in the office would admit that it was them who had the phone conversation with me, zero accountability. The supervisor was rude, asking me why I came to Chelsea instead of going to Charlestown where my PCP is located. Why? Because I live closer to Chelsea, what does it matter, it’s all part of the same hospital!! Then she proceeded to say, even if we make an exception, your Dr. needs to be here in Chelsea. End result, they didn’t do it and even if you look on any website it clearly states they perform EKG’s in the Chelsea Lab. Update your information, update your employees, DO BETTER!! I then needed to go over to Urgent Care and wait with the sick patient to get an EKG.

Girl at radiology department checkin very rude. I went for cat scan did not know it was at the other building a block away . She was telling me it's out front building I have breathing issues was block away . She was rude not helpful . Terrible I came back and actually told her remember me I was here for cat scan well that building is not out front a block away . stupid people

The lab and radiology are great- short wait times, lovely staff, quick and painless! The admin and medical staff at Urgent Care were also great. There can be long wait times here, but the medical staff is thorough and kind.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this medical facility. I had gone in for concerns about potential blood clots, but the doctor I saw (whose name I believe was Ryan) only conducted a questionnaire and did not perform any actual medical scans to check for clots. This left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of, as I was charged over $1000 for the appointment without receiving any tests or treatments. Additionally, the doctor recommended an injection that has been linked to myocarditis, blood clots, and death, which I believe constitutes malpractice. I would not recommend this facility and will not be returning in the future.

I have to go and have my blood work done sometimes once a week, there's never a line to get in the clinic and they have a few people at the entrance asking if you have any symptoms of Covid, and asking where you're going and then make you change your mask. It take 3-5 minutes, sometimes less and then I go get my blood work done. Always nice people working here and I'm pretty much in and out.
