Staff is professional, pleasant and caring. However I signed in online for a 3:30 time and was at the office at 3:30. I understood that I might not be seen exactly at that time, but I wasn’t called for almost 2 hours. There people who came in after me who were called ahead of me. None of them appeared to be distressed. I did not leave until after 6 and still had to pick up a prescription. I live less than 2 miles away and by the time I got my prescription I did not get home until almost 7.

Made appointment for 9:10 am. Arrived at 9:07am was not take back to exam until 11:04 am while everyone who cam in after me were taken in. I was the only one left in the waiting room. Got into exam room. Took B/P temp and left. 10 mins or so came back stated they had an emergency and it would be at least another 20 min before they could see me. I told them I had to get back to work they said they would make an appointment for me. I told them no thank you I’ve already waited 2.5 hours past my appointment so why would I want to do that again. I do hope they don’t try to charge me for my appointment as I never received any service

Exceptional service and NO wait time! They have two providers now, so I was seen and helped quickly. The staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful. I love that this place is conveniently located in Palmer.

Wonderful PA cared for me. I made an online appointment the day before and checked in on time. After a 45 minute wait, I asked why I wasn't seen yet. Then I was called up to have my paperwork done and be put in the queue to be seen by the PA. The waiting room was nearly empty. No respect for my time nor considered an important part of the process except by the PA.

Arrived late, after they had taken their last patient. Was suffering from a flu-like virus contracted while in Valdez. The staff (very compassionate!) agreed to see me. They were kind and understanding. I was not only feeling poorly but also pretty anxious since I was here in Alaska on vacation (from Texas). Can’t say enough good things about Oren and the rest of the staff!!!

This Urgent Care Clinic is AWESOME! It's clean, welcoming and the staff is professional and very nice. The only thing is that wait times are long, but the care given in the room does NOT feel rushed and is not at all relective of any scheduling hiccups. This was very appreciated! There is also a patient portal where test results, communications and billing/making a payment are available in a centralized location. I will definitely use this clinic again for any medical urgency we have in the future!

Amazing starting to fill so much better. My dr. that seen me was amazing. Put on the right medicine to make me to start getting better. As my normal dr. Office was closed and don’t want to wait another day to start to fill better.

The check in and nursing staff were fantastic. Saw a PA for a minor injury and initially seemed great. However, they ended up treating my injury quite negligently with no attempt to even clean the wound post treatment. Went to the Mat-Su ER afterwards just to get a second opinion and verification my wound was not screwed up. Quite unexpected and disappointed compared to previous experiences.
