After moving to the area I knew I needed a family doctor especially with a history of heart problems. I saw 'Dr C' after having symptoms that I was concerned about. He immediately ordered an echo cardiogram on my first visit. After getting the results he reached out for me to come in the next day.

I was prescribed heart failure and blood pressure medications and he referred me to a cardiologist. I can quote my cardiologist's statement that was, "Dr Caldwell got you on the medication you needed that's for sure.'" I ended up getting bypass surgery less than two months after my initial appointment with Dr C., and to quote the cardiology nurse, "He probably saved your life."

He and his whole group are a breath of fresh air because they make you feel comfortable and you know they care. My whole family now goes to Valley Family Medicine and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received. Truly a blessing having found Dr Caldwell.

I trust Dr. Caldwell and his staff completely with myself and my family. They are a very professional and cohesive team. Dr. Caldwell always takes the time, listens and is consistently excellent with quality of care. 10/10

Called to see if they were accepting new patients and had to leave a message. They called back the next day and collected some personal information. Then I was told the doctor has to approve all new patients and they would get back to me. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing. I assume they are not taking new patients at this time. Regardless, it leaves people looking for primary care in a wierd spot. It would be better to be told no, they are not taking new patients rather than this waiting game.

Quick update: they just called back and left message to say that they were short staffed and didn’t have time to get back to me. Interesting they called not 30 minutes after I posted this review. They said since I have a one star review they would not take me as a customer. I find it interesting that a real review generated a quick response in the negative. They took time to leave me a voicemail and complain about me telling the truth. Take that into account if you dare visit this place. I would give it zero stars at this point.

Dr Caldwell is incredibly knowledgeable and rarely has to refer to notes while addressing my issues and/or concerns. When my rare genetic disorder did present some complications, he was quick to say “I’m not sure but let me do some research”. He came back with what I believed at the time to be the right course of action and I have been successfully treated ever since. I find him and his staff approachable and friendly. My wife and I are very happy with Dr Caldwell and wish him the best in launching his own practice!

Dr.Caldwell and staff are the best. Not only is he a great Dr but his staff give 110%. I wouldn't even think about going somewhere else. He a good doctor that cares about more than you current illness.

Dr. Caldwell, and his nurse practitioner are AWESOME! They listen. Not judgemental. After seeing multiple "specialusts", Dr. Caldwell was the one who didn't give up on me, and new that I wasn't feeling well and didn't give up. Thank you, doc, for ordering the tests that finally diagnosed my small lymphatic lymphoma. Because of your diligence, I am getting the treatment I need. I wish I still lived in the area so they could be my health care providers. The staff was great, also. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Caldwell is by far the best primary care physician my family has ever seen. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain himself to his patients. Office staff is equally friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to any and all looking for an outstanding doctor.
