Dr. Duke is a great doctor in terms of his medical diagnosis and recommendations. Follows up on tests and gives related feedback. I have been seeing Dr. Duke and his staff for the past 2 or so years and find them to be excellent. Having worked in healthcare in a role that exposed me to many physicians and their practices, Dr. Duke and his office rank in the top 1% of those I've encountered.
He always takes the time to fully and carefully LISTEN to his patients, and works WITH them to provide the best care. There are Docs who simply want to impart their textbook knowledge on their patients, without actively listening to them. Dr. Duke is the polar opposite.
I rarely have to wait long to see someone/anyone/Dr. Duke on my visits, but if I do have to wait, I am generally OK with it because I know that they are providing great care for someone else who needs that extra bit of time. I've never felt rushed, talked at, or unheard on any of my visits. Dr. Duke and his staff are friendly, efficient, and even though most folks don't go to the doctor's office to have fun, Dr. Duke's office make it as enjoyable as it can possibly be. And they seem to have fun and truly enjoy their work. It's truly a refreshing experience. I can't recommend Dr. Duke and his office highly enough!

Dr. Duke has always been so patient, helpful and kind to me. He goes above and beyond to ensure my health is in good condition and genuinely listens to the issues I present to him. You can tell he enjoys helping his patients, I would definitely recommend Dr. Duke to anyone looking for a down to earth and caring doctor. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for this man.

I really appreciated how I felt listen to. He addressed each of my concerns throughly with solutions to try, as well as promptly filled my prescriptions. He actually seems like he cares about his patients making progress, which was not my experience with MANY doctors in over a decade.

I've seen more doctors than i can count in the past & had frequent problems getting any REAL help. Filling my prescriptions was a regular complication, I consistently did not feel listened to, & overall not helped with my health issues . To say the least, it was frustrating & took a lot of time out of my life in my 20's.

My health issues continued to get worse instead of progressing, & over time it was draining me of any hope of someone being able to help. Beginning to believe this was what my life was going to be like... it felt like I was falling
into a dark pit of emptiness, fear, & pain that would be my future... & the doctors I grew up believing were there to help with these sort of things, actually did not care, & would not / could not help. That feeling is -absolutely- terrifying.

So needless to say, when a doctor like Dr. Duke comes along, it's like a miracle. It's amazing how much someone can help if they just care enough to, & LISTEN. I've been seeing Dr Duke about 2 years now, & am happy to say my health has been only getting better since. Little by little our whole family has been switching over to him. We all greatly appreciate & respect how he does his job. Thank you for all you've done for our family! You're 1 in billion Dr. Duke!!

Dr. Duke is the best doctor I have ever met. He listens and he truly cares. He is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. He truly is a rare gem in the medical field. You can tell he cares about his patients, providing the best care possible, and enjoys what he does. I feel very fortunate to have found him for my primary care doctor. Truly amazing!

He's so easy to talk to. Listening is such an important part of being a doctor so he gets my thumbs up there. Also he doesn't try to use his expertise to talk down to his patients about their issues. We need for professionals like Dr Duke

Doctor Duke is not just a doctor he is just 100% on all you might need. He really goes the extra mile to get stuff done. And most important really cares about his patients. Just all around great guy.
Thank you for all help and his assistance are very helpful and just in very clear there’s no back-and-forth. They get it right the first time that office and that doctor is 100% outstanding. I know you have a wait time to see him but you can always use the portal. And get a response back. Very very quick.
