I love working for maxim!!!! They have been so flexible with my schedule, which is very hard to find in nursing!!! I can always pick up extra shifts if needed. They are very understanding if you have an issue. I’ve never worked for a company where they says please, thank you , and they appreciate you as much as they do!!! Amy & Jeff are great!!!!

The internal staff.. *chefs kiss* Absolutely caring, genuine, and always tries there hardest to bring the best care to their patients. They require active licensing, thorough backgrounds, and testing to ensure quality care in every patients’ home. And as a caregiver, working 1 on 1 with patients, weekly pay, being a patient advocate and the office actually listening to concerns about patient safety and health, truly could not ask for better management. In times of Covid and not knowing if my busy life in a hospital or nursing home is safe for me, I know working with this group has taught me there is a better solution out there.

If you are looking for services for your loved one or even a new career path in management or being in the field with your patients, this is the place to be.

Maxim is awesome! They are really flexible with your schedule. You don’t have to work weekends or holidays (unless you want to). The pay is very competitive! The staff in the office is very nice and they make me feel supported!

Maxim is a great company to be employed with. The staff in the office go above and beyond to ensure the patients as well as the staff are comfortable, and happy! I enjoy coming to work and making a difference, and am so glad I found this company to do it through.

They CAP YOUR WAGES AT 12.00 per hour, so there is NO FURTHER GROWTH that an employee is able to acquire reguardless of your devotion and time given experience. They gave me computer bonus rewards just to stop the program and i lost my reward pay NO forewarning that they were stopping the program.
They jump to conclusions about anything they can acuse you of.
No Holiday Pay, NO Birthday pay, NO pizza parties. No Christmas Bonuses at all, etc.

Maxim offered me a job , I put in my 2 weeks notice with my other job after my 2 weeks were up maxim had me come into the office for more testing they had me doing blood pressure and pulse readings I told them I didn’t have the experience or schooling for that the next day they called and told me I didn’t pass the test and they couldn’t go any further with me so now I am unemployed I fell like they did that intentionally, So if you don’t have any schooling or experience I would not suggest working with Maxim.
