The staff made everything really easy for me, as I had little knowledge about DME products. They had an extremely vast variety of medical supplies and a great selection too, and I was out of there with a brand new walker within 15 minutes. My grandma loves it and she's very satisfied!

Communication with them is horrible. They sometimes respond. When they do respond, they say they are working on it but never get back to me and the cycle continues. I decided to discontinue their service and go with another company.

If you need a electric wheelchair don't order from this company.I got mine delivered and the seat was not secured ended up falling out of wheelchair then the tires where not tight,they took it for repairs.Its been done now over a week and still have not received it.Way to treat a disabled veteran.
