One of the Doctors was trying to place an IUD using plastic tools and told me couldnt reach that she wasnt able to do it and told me to go to the general. How gay! Be careful!

What a magical center with magical staff, especially Sharon.

I received love and space to be listened to, heard, and gotten.

I';m a senior citizen, diabetic (Medicare +supplemental) at high risk contracted to work in a practice neighboring Maxine. In March '21 I got my first covid booster. I believe I got my flu shot there last fall. No problems. The people were polite. Bing Bang Boom. Yesterday, I asked the intake people if I could get this year's flu shot. "Sure. come after 1:30" which I did. I was sent upstairs and was told the nurses wouldn't help me. The lame excuse was about patient confidentiality? I do have a chart there. Left a message with Dr P, Director. No reply. My denial of service was wrongt. I hope to publicize this. They will probably take good care of you, IF THEY feel like it. By the way- there were hardly any patients there yesterday afternoon... Dr. GR Westside Methadone Program (our patients are also high risk and I want to avoid exposure.

They have tents set up in the tennis court next to the clinic for Covid-19 testing and flu shot. Fast, efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate the staff braving the elements (and virus) to serve those in need.

They say always leave room for improvement. However, I'm am giving 5 stars to get your attention. I have had only positive experience here at Maxine Hall. Where be it physical care or mental health, the staff and Doctors are well mannered and give you the dignity and respect that you would find in a private personal care venue. Thank you Maxine Hall in cooperation with San Francisco Health. I never hesitate to contact you.

Easily 5 stars for the care I've received here. The trouble is that it can take up to 2 months to get an appointment, which can be frustrating. But Dr. James is so incredible - everything you could ever want in a doctor.

COVID testing for in-network and uninsured, but you must have had a recent exposure to COVID or showing symptoms. 15min wait on the phone.
