I have never been so disappointed by a doctor’s office as I have been here. I have been in chemotherapy and so we have to be careful. Every time I have come in the staff has made us feel like we are overreacting and an inconvenience. Office staff is very unhelpful, its a huge chore just to get through to anyone on the phone. Referrals never get put through. Not happy at all. We will definitely be going elsewhere.

Called for a follow up to double ear infection pain. Nurse said she would call in a script to Walmart last night. No script sent. Called this morning, was told that the nurse forgot. Will be sent right away. 2 hours later, still no script. Only good nurse there is Jean. Unfortunately she was not my nurse 3 days ago.
