I have so many bad experiences with this Mayflower branch. The latest one just happened a while ago. I was going to ask them to change my appointment to much earlier time if my doctor is available. And when i told them that i wanted to change my schedule, the girl from the other line said that she's not seeing my name with appointment. WTheck!!! I told her that i will not lose that appointment because my doctor schedule is so hectic and it is difficult to get an appointment. If ever you will get one, the earliest would be at least 2 months. She's giving me a much further appointment but I insists on getting that appointment. They're so INCOMPETENT!! This is not the first time that i got a problem with them. Imagine my shock going to my appointment and then i don't have one! i have called them 2 months before my appointment and they will just lose it. my goodness!!!

Literally the worst service ever. Dr. Lina Dela Cruz doesn't seem to care at all. I had an appointment because I wanted to discuss some personal health concerns and she just dismisses them without providing me any sort of support or advice. Today she didn't even ask why I was there, as if I just swung by to say hello and was ready to send me out the door before we even talked about anything. Go literally anywhere else before coming here - listen to the reviews it's so not worth your time, money, or health.

I just called to get a follow-up. I spoke with Joy and she was very helpful to my needs and my concerns. Overall, I have a pretty good experience at this doctor's office. I don't really have anything bad to speak of when I need any kind of medications they direct them to my local pharmacy and if I need lab work done it is usually pretty quickly accepted.

I called to make appointment for my Son to see his Peds and Receptions advises me to go next door to Urgent Care as they were completely booked, I confirm with her if they will be able to see my son with the symptoms he had and she said yes. I walked into the Urgent Care 1 hour after since I had to drive from far and Urgent Care refuse to see my son, I was really upset worse experience ever in this location. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all this is not the first time I go thru this all the time My son needs to see a Doctor.

Went to my first appointment a couple of months back. Thinking there general practice would be as good as there pediatric dept. I was unhappy by the way my first appointment went although the MD I had seen was very nice, I just felt like my appointment was very rushed, MD was more attentive to the patient in the next room. Didn't get to address all my concerns with her. Didn't even bother to make a follow up appointment, don't want to feel like just another number on a chart.

If a Dr has a bad day they should not take it out on the patient. I also moved on from this place because the receptionist told me i had a credit and did not have to pay the usual copay. She also double checked by making a phone call. Then i receive a bill to pay what she said i did not have to pay. When i went and asked about it the receptionist says "she remembers everything but did not remember telling me i had a credit. They say they will investigate it but yet i receive another bill. This is unfair and it was the mistake of the receptionist not mine. She should have to pay this $25 back not me. Very disappointed.

My twin daughters come here for regular check ups and if they’re sick. Their pediatrician is Dr. Ynchausti who btw is an excellent dr. I have no complains regarding the services rendered in the facility but my main concern is the call center or whoever receives the call from outside. Yesterday, i missed dr. Ynchausti’s call regarding the elevated level of one of the blood works of my children so she left me a message regarding this and the things that should be done..as a mother,i wanted to talk to her to elaborate on this because it’s about my children. It’s not a bothersome but still i needed to talk to her then the awful and horrifying experience on calling the facility happened.from yesterday i’ve been trying to call then to my disappointment,no one answered. It was all a machine putting me on hold for atleast 30 minutes every call and putting me on a voice mail but no one still responded on all of my messages. Until this morning,i tried calling several times again to get a hold of our dr but still same thing happened. After 6 tries of calling this morning,somebody answered already. I got to talk to the dr and got the re assurance i wanted but still you guys have to do something about this. See to it that the call center or the receptionist do their work. Parents and other patients of your facility need the best care we all deserve. Every department should have their own telephone line maybe. Hope whoever is responsible here can resolve this issue. If not,you might end up losing valuable customers.

Tested positive for covid with home self test kit and needed help, regular doctor would only see me 7 days later via video call. Went to their own urgent care but was turned down for the positive test. Why make me loose time and precious energy.
