Always have a difficult time setting up appointments. Always get cancelled on the day of. When trying to reschedule, I get put on hold for 28mins+ like today! Unorganized staff.

Every time I come here I’m never disappointed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The manager Sujeiry always helps with any needs or concerns I have. Johnny is my provider and is very professional and always helps with my concerns. Great medical office I am so glad I changed to this drs office when I relocated. If I could give more stars I totally would. Keep up the great work 😊

Getting an appointment with the pediatric department is horrible. Called back in October to make appointment for my newborn and couldn’t get an appointment until December. Scheduled the appt for December for them to cancel me same day after I had confirmed the appointment the previous day. Maddie seemed annoyed when asking her questions about the cancellation. According to her the next available appointment is not until January. I should have known not to schedule at this location when they did the same thing to my niece earlier this month.

Blanca placensia was one ofy favorite medical assistant there she always made my children feel comfortable and also me as a mom and i felt blessed 😇 just knowing they have good workers and that was only because blance Plasencia worked there all Childrens clinics need a worker like her
