Not only is Mayo clinic the best, but they also provide the best care and service. From check-in, to follow up care, I have always been well taken care of!

I like this location because it is closer to my home, and nurse Clark is a fantastic provider. She is knowledgeable and is just as good as seeing my specialist

The best thing about Mayo clinic is that they answer questions 24/7! I am pleased with the help I've been given in possibly emergency situations. I highly, highly recommend the Mayo clinic.

Like others have shared if you don't visit (in feeling fine and in good health and won't go spend money with them) they drop you as a patient. They don't tell you they will remove you mind you, or give you opportunity to get in before the deadline. So you will try to schedule an appointment online only to be in a perpetual rabbit hole with Alice. And when you call they will update insurance and say they are putting you on the list for an appt ( not the appt you asked for) you will receive an email from that dept stating they are no longer accepting new patients. You call the local office to try again with the NP you always used...they are no longer there and after another wasted 10 min find out unless you are an employee or family member of Mayo, you will not be accepted as a new patient. They take the care out of health care.

I have been seeing Koryn as my PCP for a while now. I had a visit with her for concerns of my immune system hoping for a referral to allergy & immunology. We had a one hour visit of her trying to convince me to take Wegovy even though I told her no multiple times. She tried justifying that it would cure all these problems I’m having if I would just take it. After I told her no again, she abruptly ended the visit and told me to go checkout. It sounds like these providers are making a nice amount of money for prescribing Wegovy. Very sickening and will not be returning.

Do not confuse these people with your friendly neighborhood family doctor. They are only looking for highly profitable cronically sick patients. Not families. And they are certainly not interested in having patients who are generally healthy and need a primary care doctor for those times they fall ill or get injured. I was a patient here for 10 years. After a recent leg injury I called to schedule an appointment. They denied me care, said that I was no longer a patient because I didn't go there frequently enough, and that they only see patients. Also, they are not taking any new patients. They only want chronically ill or elderly people who generate money for their organization.

WARNING!!! Mayo Clinic has lost its vision of putting the patient first. If you do not visit them within 3 years they remove you from the system and will no longer allow you to be a patient with them. No exceptions!!! According to their scheduling department “we are at capacity so good luck and we will not give you any recommendations”. I am now seeing why we are seeing top doctors leaving this once wonderful organization.

Honestly, they are no better than any other family care office. That said I do like Dr. Pullins, however I cannot consider him to be my doctor as I have been waiting 3 months to even have a physical scheduled. They keep telling me the waiting time is 3 months for an appointment which apparently is a lie as I don't even have one set yet. I essentially have an urgent Care facility that is only open M-F normal business hours which isn't what I look for in a doctor's office. They seem to be only interested in the bottom line and not patient care as they don't seem to know when to actually stop accepting new patients.

The low stars comes from poor communication (to the office) and inability to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I was warned on one of my calls that if I call after lunch I won't even get through to reach someone, my early calls still take over a half-hour until I speak to someone to make an appointment. Unfortunately, using the app doesn't make this process quicker or easier. For the years that this has been my primary care there have been too many times that I've had to go elsewhere - it's become a what's the point of staying here situation.
Otherwise, the staff (including Doctors and Nurse Practitioners) are nice and knowledgeable, they have many resources and maintain the building nicely. I may stick with Mayo for the Neurology and Cardiology only.
Ultimately, I suggest finding a different office that has the staff to patient ratio suitable for your care.

I have to say that I had to wait quite a while to get in but I had a good experience. The staff was nice and professional. Dr Pullins was awesome. Took his time to see what was going on and at the end of his day had time to personally call me to talk about results. No other Doctor has done that ever. I will be coming back here. Dr Pullins is awesome.
