It should not TAKE THIS LONG to check in for an APPOINTMENT. Took Maria H. The office assistant more than 15 minutes to check my son in for a physical. Back to Kaiser we go! Arrowhead, do better!

No customer servive, been giving me the run around for a prescription for 2 weeks. They told me prescription was ready 3 times and i just wasted time and gas. The agents who answers the phone seem totally lost. Im just gone find another clinic, this is sad and upsetting

I don't know why so many bad reviews? My daughter and I went there today and we were very well treated and assisted. All the receptionist ,nurse and specially Dr.Weaver she is amazing, good mood an smile with her eyes (wearing masks) I'm just sharing my experience at this location. At first I was worried to bring my daughter here but now I totally recommend them.

Very bad Clinic does not let you see one doctor you always have to see one I've always having problems getting my medication because I always have to see different doctors I don't think that's right I should barely see one doctor one doctor only not all kinds of doctors

When you are SUPER sick and haven't gotten better and you can't be seen until 6 months later I do NOT Recommend this place this place gets an automatic 1 star ✨️ so DO NOT GO HERE IT'S NOT A GOOD PLACE TOO BOOKED UP!!!!!!!

Updated review. This place was great until they were taken over by the new owners or management group or whatever happened in the past year. I have been given the runaround time after time in the past several months; they ignore my messages and requests online; I was contacted by the general manager a few months ago due to my negative responses to their patient survey. I did hold out some hope that everything was going to be rectified, but then, no follow up. They have rescheduled me several times just to come in there for absolutely no reason, only to refer me to "specialists" from the same medical group who also do absolutely nothing. The appointments are scheduled months apart and any concerns I have are simply shrugged off. I am considering finding a different provider because these people simply ignore requests for every type of prescription refill I have made. It is a shame because it used to be wonderful.

Dr and nurses are great. There's only a couple front desk people that are helpful and polite. Blanca M at window 6 is not one of them. She had an attitude and I understand you have a job but when I tell you my phone number has not changed why do I need to keep saying it out loud for everyone to hear. What kind of privacy is that.

I'm not sure if it was because I had an early appointment, but I was given a room about a minute after I signed in.

In less than ten minutes, I saw my doctor and had some blood work done.

Dr. Gupta was very kind, and I got my results before the end of the day. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
