We couldn’t be more pleased. This is the second time we have used this facility. The first time was for my grandson last year and we were very pleased with the doctors and the staff. They’re checking him out for a cold or flu or fever. This time we went in there for my wife who had a nasty cough. I called and made an advanced reservation. Got over there and within a few minutes was taken in for our appointment. Dr. Bailey did a quick exam prescribed two prescriptions and also let us know to come back if she didn’t get better in four days. Today is the fourth day and she is getting better. We don’t have doctors here and we were visiting for two weeks. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and the quick diagnostics. we were back in our house within an hour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and the two doctors we have seen there were competent and helped us. Thank you.

On 03/06/2025, I made an apt online for the Jensen Beach location. I did this at 11:30 am. I had an hour wait. Ten minutes into my wait time I received a text message in all capital letters telling me to ignore all text and email communication and not to leave my house until I received a verbal phone call. At 2:15, after being pushed back and pushed back I decided to call the office and see if there was anything I could do to be seen sooner. Joyce answered the phone. When I told her who I was she interrupted me and said “yes I know. I told you to ignore all text messages and wait for my call.” Very rudely. Then I asked if it would be better if I was a walk in customer, if maybe I would be able to be seen sooner. She said “oh so you can be clear at the very back of the line? Even further back than you are right now? Is that what you want to do?” When I told her I didn’t see the point in having made an appointment she continued to say “I really shouldn’t have to explain this to you..” when she was telling me how their system worked.. during the entire phone call, I tried to remain calm, and decided that I didn’t want to be treated in person by a facility that could treat me so poorly over the phone. I politely asked if she could just cancel my appointment and she said “oh!! I’d love to!!” And hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly by a health care facility. It’s been 24 hours and I’m still in completely disbelief that this even happened. I’m not sure how this Joyce is still employed here but I sure hope this company reassess their “customer service” team. I will never even attempt to have an appointment at this location again.

Excellent service, prompt diagnosis. I filled out their requests on line ahead of time. I was texted overnight to an early appointment. It was a short wait. Lindsey was professional and explained my medical issue and all questions. My prescription was ready at my pharmacy. I recommend.

Don't even bother.

I scheduled an appointment with MD Now Urgent Care around 4:00 p.m. and was given an estimated time of 7:40 p.m. to be seen. As the evening went on, my time kept shifting—first to 8:05, then back to 8:00. At 7:40, we called to confirm and were told they would see my daughter if we arrived before 8:00. We rushed to get our sick little girl in the car and drove there, only to be told there were "a million people" ahead of us and that we can come back in the morning.

This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If they couldn’t honor the appointment time they provided, they should have been upfront about it instead of making us drag a sick child out so late at night. The lack of communication and disregard for patient well-being is unacceptable. We ended up leaving without being seen and will not be returning. I would not recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable urgent care.

For making the appt was awful though. They said they were ready for me at 9:50 am and to sign in at kiosk. I wasn’t brought back til 12:30 pm

Joyce, at the front desk, was the rudest customer service rep I’ve ever encountered. From the second we walked in the door she was snarky and rude, so much so even another gentleman waiting said “wow.” I used to come to this location any time me or my 3 kids needed an urgent care trip, but this experience has been appalling. Her behavior and customer treatment is completely unacceptable. How she’s employed there is beyond me. When I told her she was extremely rude, she said “thank you. I take pride in that.” Hope your calls are recorded, I’d love for you to listen how she spoke to me; how she hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question, then continued to be terrible when I called back and said she was rude for hanging up.

The wait wasn’t long after I finished the check in. Should have done it prior to coming in. I definitely will the next time.
The staff was amazing. Friendly, professional, and explained everything to me in detail. I appreciated that! Will definitely recommend this care facility.
