I had a great experience at MD Now, and I want to give a special shoutout to Gwen at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with a kind and patient attitude.

It’s not always easy visiting an urgent care, but Gwen’s friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made a huge difference. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and taken care of.

Great experience professional and well run urgent care. Front desk was very nice also the medical assistant. There was a wait but they text you when they are ready if you want to leave or sit in your car. The care by Dean Lieberman, PA.C was excellent! It was a professional kind and efficient visit. Thankful to have them close by and would highly recommend them.

Yesterday I brought my son in to get checked out as he was experiencing flu like symptoms and I can’t rave enough about the wonderful treatment by everyone we came in contact with. Sherline, the receptionist was outstanding. She was so patient and helpful with the check in process. The nurse, Dyuana was very kind as well. My son was checked out by Dean Lieberman, PA and again,he too was fantastic. I highly recommend this location.

I went here yesterday after a not so great experience at the Jupiter medical walk in and this clinic was fantastic. They got me in fast and efficient. The assistant, Mitsouka (hope I got the right) was so sweet and caring. I was diagnosed with flu A and the nurse practitioner explained everything and sent my scripts. I am starting to feel better already! I highly recommend skipping Jupiter medical and going here, especially if you aren’t feeling well! The last thing you want is to be sitting and waiting for hours! 10/10!!!

Considering I wasn’t feeling well I Had a wonderful experience this morning. The girl that checked me in was friendly, helpful and prompt. Dr B saw me right away , examined me and called in the prescriptions I needed so I could pick them up on my way home.
I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of everyone at MD urgent care. The only issue I had was that they did not take my insurance. But they did check and let me know that ahead of time.

Dr Lieberman and his staff are amazing very nice and professional. The receptionist is also very nice. The only problem is when you go there and you have to register. They tell you to scan a code and enter a bunch of information this process usually takes about 15 minutes and when you're not feeling well that's an eternity. I would not go back to the MD now because of their company policies and it's a shame because they're so nice there

We’ve been going to Helix for years out of habit but I wanted to try this urgent care since it’s closer. So happy we did. We waited a while but everyone is sick right now so that was to be expected. I care more about the quality of the providers than wait time and they were top notch, from the patient intake nurse to the PA, Dean Lieberman. He had a great bedside manner, was patient with my daughter and thorough. I also really appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the providers washing their hands or putting on clean gloves as they walked into the room.

Tonight I arrived due to pain in my left ear. I saw Dean Lieberman, PA-C… the medical assistant that I saw first, from Venezuela was fabulous. She asked pertinent questions and treated me with such concern and kindness. Then, Dean arrived—- I was very comfortable with him, he was also concerned and was thoughtful and kind in explaining my issues and therapies / medications I would need to administer. I felt protected and cared for by these two wonderful caregivers. Not living in FL, I was treated with such love, I would highly recommend these two for care. Thank you !!!! You made my day!
