Best urgent care experience of my entire life. Such professional and expedited care at this location. I was in and out in 15min on a Saturday morning. The staff were quick to address my concerns and provide quality care. I visited from out of town and wish I lived closer so this could be my go-to facility for URGENT care.

Convenient hours. Has a pharmacy. The admission desk workers are thorough and friendly. The medical staff is slow and not very knowledgeable. And I'm pretty sure they forgot about me.

Not the billing department though! They called me as soon as they got the insurance portion to ask for more payments.

Came here for a sports physical for my child; when I first walked in the girl that greated me was sweet and attentive. Then she asked someone else to complete my check in when I was done with the forms so she could go translate for a patient. The person she asked to complete my check in completely ignored me while i stood at the desk for several minutes after i walked back up with my completed forms; she sat in front of me not acknowledging me once. When the other girl came back she acknowledged me and asked the other girl why she was not checking me in. Upon briefly glancing at my documents she asked me to sit. When I asked if I could pay for our visit she rudely said once she checks me in. I’ve worked in healthcare for nearly 15 years and it’s rude workers like that that will keep a patient from ever returning.

We used to go to this urgent since my kids were like only 3 or 4. They were nice at that time. But that is not the case anymore, a guy in the reception was so rude. I’m not sure if he is a medical assistant or a medical receptionist but he was at the front desk. He was very condescending and does not want to do his job to provide information to us and appears very irritated when we ask him to give us options. He is a stuck up person who should not be working in healthcare, he just wants to look “professional” and wear scrubs but does not want to do his job! And then the ladies at the reception that were with him was just looking at me and my child without even apologizing for how their coworker had treated us. We will never ever use this urgent care ever again especially because I was talked to rudely by one of the doctors in the past as well. Very unprofessional and disrespectful! If you work in healthcare you should be genuinely kind and polite especially if the client/customer is not doing anything that disrespects you.

I wanted to express my gratitude on the experience I had at this facility. They took care of me and listened to me, which is something that the E.R did not do. Dr. Tardar is and excellent MD. He listened to everything I said and then made a decision on what was needed to take care of my issue. Also, Dr. Tarrar wanted me to check in with him 3 days later, which is something I've never experienced. He is a caring person and I felt it when he called me personally!!! To check in on me. Dr. Tardar is a great example of how a Doctor should be. Thank you very much to the staff as well. Very amiable eventhough it was 45 minutes before closing.

I enjoyed good service and pleasant staff. The waiting time is notably long, but the efficiency of receiving test results on the same day is appreciated. Process of seeing the X-ray specialized before the doctor's consultation is also a positive. Despite the extended wait times, the staff consistently communicated about delays and the need for additional waiting.

This is the only urgent care I go to; it is highly organized and clean with very friendly, efficient, and informed staff. They always go above and beyond with care and support for medical needs.

I really liked the nurse practitioner I saw. She was excellent, thorough, and super personable. .. I think her name was Christine. Front desk staff were fine too. I visited on a Saturday first thing in the morning and there was only 1 other customer waiting. So I waiting about 15 minutes in the reception area, then waited 20 minutes in the doc office. My biggest complaint is that I chose that place specifically because I needed to get x-rays, and not only does the online info mention that they perform x-rays, the word "x-ray" is literally painted on the window! Was disappointed and confused when the receptionist informed me that they don't do x-rays. They referred me to a radiologist and I went there on Monday, as they were closed on the weekend. This urgent care was fine but I'd advise them to not falsely advertise services (x-rays) that they don't perform.
