Ebbie is fantastic for botox!! Explains everything, listens, and is very gentle and honest. Carla is very nice and helpful at the front desk. Great personality. 🙂 Lisa, the office manager, is really wonderful! Pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Been coming here for years and I love this place! ♥️

I went to MDS Med Spa in Woodland Hills and had a conversation about filler with Ebbie. I ended up treating my cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips and botox. She was very knowledgeable, gentle and took her time. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Make sure you park in the back of the building. I’m telling all my friends and family to come here!! I can’t wait to come back for my morpheus treatment!

I drive all the way from Santa Barbara to see Ebby for my treatments. I tried 2 med spas in SB which were significantly more expensive and I just can’t get the results that I get at MDS. There are always great deals at MDS and I’m always amazed at the results - which last longer and are perfectly subtle so I just get a lot of compliments like “you look amazing!” But they don’t know exactly WHY. Which is the goal, right?!! The entire staff is amazing and they are really patient with me - I’m a total wimp around needles so they book me early for numbing and give me balls to squeeze and never roll their eyes (or at least never where I can see them doing it!). I also love how casual and unpretentious the facility is. Can’t recommend this place enough. I honestly can’t believe they don’t have 5 star reviews across the board.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I feel it's important to make people aware. My mom, sister, and I started going to this place for Botox. The first two times, the results were amazing and lasted a while. However, the last time we went, we all noticed that the Botox started wearing off after just a month.
If I don't get the right results from a place I go to for a service, I wouldn't go back. Since this happened to not just me, but also my mom and sister, it seems clear that they might be diluting the Botox with water or something else.
My sister decided to give them another chance, but she got the same disappointing results. They offered 4 unit discount complimentary which is a joke.
I spoke to Carla at the front desk, and she said she would get back to me next week with a solution. She also mentioned that "it might be a problem on their end" but couldn't discuss my mom and sister's appointments. I was focusing on the overall issue since we all had the same experience.
I'm not writing this with bad intentions or trying to bring the business down or take away clients. I just want a solution to this problem, not just for me, but for future clients as well.
